“Good, clean pho place. I like their broth as it has a subtle sweet hint to it. Do not recommend the spicy hue though. The noodles are chopped into little bits for some strange reason. The broth itself tasted good.”

“This is a great little place in Sunnyvale. It looks like a bakery from the street, but the bar is tucked away in the back. The food was actually very good. We suggest the macaroni and cheese or the grilled cheese sandwich. Both were great and made for a full meal. they have 16 interesting beers on tap to try. And we even got a good deal, because we were there during happy hour. There isn't a ton of seating, but they did let people sit in the bakery side in the evening.”

“If you want high quality, high price burgers with interesting ingredients plus semi-loud house music, this is your place. They have nice outdoor seating, but have to share with restaurant next door which makes it occasionally inconvenient. The burgers start at around $12, so you really have to like them. That said, they are really good and semi-healthy if you get them on a bed of greens. The appetizers tend to be huge, so they are actually a good deal... unfortunately they only have like 3 options (unless you count sides as appetizers).”

“I love the almond croissant. Benedict breakfast was moderate. Cafe Latte didn't as good as I expected.”

“I will definitely recommend Rokko fine Japanese restaurant, it is located at Sunnyvale downtown. Price for Combo is really reasonable. Combo usually has tempura udon and rice/roll/fish for choose. All the food we ordered were so great, and we love this restaurant!!!!”

“Great Ramen - little place in the middle of Sunnyvale downtown, Ramen really hit the spot here. Very tasty and flavorful. Staff were very friendly and accommodative of some special requests. Sake was decent. There were not too much options for the vegetarians in the group (broth uses fish sauce) except for the avacado rolls - which actually was very good too.”

“Outstanding spot for tasty Persian food. Super place to meet and chat with coworkers. Service treated us so nice. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.”

“The food is good, but service can be better. I had to wait for my drink order as well as the check at the end. The lamb cumin was tasty but has too much onions in it. I would recommend to decrease the onions and increase the meat portion.”

“Very nice Irish pub, plenty of room to sit, you can tell there are regular customers here which means it's a great hangout location. Staff is friendly. I sat at the bar with a friend, and looking at the shelves I realized they have a pretty decent whisky collection -- Scotch, Irish, American. Plus some good beer on tap. Highly recommended!”

“Quality sizzling pot. Food serving is fast. Be careful to order mid spicy here because I found it very spicy last time and this time ordering mild spicy is totally fine for me.”

“Loved the self serve taps. Maybe self check in and check out would even better. The only weird thing is there seem to be a limit on beer sizes per tap. There were several beers that initially allowed tester and half glass and then an hour later only allowed full size glasses only.”

“Great food, excellent service, affordable pricing. I wish they consider adding space heaters during the colder nights. Overall a great experience and has become my go to chaat place!”

“The service was quick and easy and the atmosphere is fantastic! The tables are a little close together than I’d like, but I couldn’t hear anybody’s conversation besides mine. We had a 25 minute wait around 10:30-11:00 on a Sunday but it was definitely worth it. I had the Fiesta Scramble with Hash Browns and I paid a $1 extra to make the toast a Pancake and it was delicious! I suggest getting the Prickly Pear Mimosa as well. Will definitely be back!”

“My favorite place for tasty mediterranean food. I like it here always quality food & service. Service is typically good. Bring your appetite because portions are generous. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I liked.”

“Great sandwich! I enjoyed their papacini(?) sandwich. I showed them I wanted the cold cut combo (shown on door dash) but they told me it wasn't that sandwich. But when I received it, the meat shown in the image and the meat given to me wasn't the same. But, it still tasted great! I'd definitely go again :) great selection of sandwiches!”

“This place is known for it’s burning hot stone. Anything you order is brought out raw and sizzling. You can cook it as much or as little as you want. I got the steak and I usually like it medium rare so I was able to get it exactly how I want it. The meat was really fresh and delicious. I love the experience of cooking it yourself. The sauces that come with the steak are also very very good. The sides were also very good. I recommend the mashed potatoes and mushrooms. Service was very quick because they only cook the sides and bring out the protein on the hot plate. I would come back to this place!”

“Always liked this place, and remember fondly the original location a block away. Always super friendly staff. If you go there regularly, they will get to know you and your preferences. The staff is more professional than a usual spot, and some have worked there for years. The menu is standard Italian American fare. Do look at the daily special menu for entrees and desert. It is what we usually order off. There are some gems that occasionally appear, such as the cakes and pies.”

“Our go-to spot for Thai food. We've never had a bad meal here and it's super affordable. Really like the coconut soup.”

“My new favorite German restaurant on the bay area. Food is very tasty and service exceeded our expectations, they are very polite and helpful with our orders so we understand fully the menu. Beer was also very good! They serve your food in a reasonable timing, if you haven't been here is a "must try" !”

“Great spot, great food, great service! The plates are generous, skewers are big, there's plenty of flavor in the food and if you ask them for the special hot green salsa rest assured you'll get quite the kick. We prefer Kabul in San Carlos, I'm such a picky eater and I can tell how the food is more flavorful there opposed to the Sunnyvale location, but, overall I absolutely recommend the spot.”

“Nice, tasty Indian ‘Thali’ food with many items is served. Friendly staff, affordable cost at El Camino Real in Sunnyvale. Gives a feeling of India here in US (परदेस में देश की थाली)”

“Food is great! However the person taking order at counter sometimes messes up order. So ask him repeat it etc. Smaller place so look for a fancy ambiance. Nice to see them back in business!!”

“Kebabs were great - they give you a little sauce mix to add spiciness which was awesome. The dough drink was more sour than I like. Ambience is good. Overall a nice experience.”

“Good tasting food at inexpensive prices. Hard to comment about the quality of ingredients themselves. The place does not look very hygienic and the employees are always hustling especially the lady at the counter. Go here for cheap good tasting North Indian food. Don’t go here if ambiance and cleanliness matter a lot to you. Must try items - tea and the curries - they’re consistently good tasting. 4 stars for the value for money and 1 star off for the overall cleanliness.”

“Went with a large group and shared a bunch of rolls and they were all good. The incredible roll definitely holds up to it's name and Casanova was super tasty as well. Prices are reasonable and our server was super sweet. Will definitely be back.”

“Great ice cream. Love the combinations and fusions. But the service is hit or miss. Really depends on the crew when you visit. If it's a great crew the experience is pretty fantastic. The ice cream cakes are also phenomenal. One of my favorite places in the Bay area though a franchise”
