“Love, love, love this place! From the grass -fed beef to the organic produce to the incredible flavors to the awesome customer service... this is our go-to restaurant when we come from Santa Barbara to LA! This visit was exceptionally great! I am temporarily on a very restrictive diet for health reasons. I had no idea what, or if, I could eat anything on the menu (gluten, dairy, sugar/ sweetener-free). Chef R was amazing! He personally walked me through all of my options and allowed me to look through their nutrition manual to ensure my food choices were safe. Once we finally landed on a safe selection, he cooked my fish on the spot...himself! My fish, roasted potato and brussel sprout meal was delicious, and my hubby loved his roast chicken, beet/root veggie plate too! Chef R even offered to have us call in in advance if we wanted to request allergy free dishes in the future. His enthusiasm for his work and his kindness towards me, who could have been viewed as simply a high maintenance customer, made my night! We can't wait to come back! Thank you, Chef R!!!”

“Since almost everything I have had here was sweet, I am not a big fan of this place. However, the place is really clean and they have pretty cool lunch options with purple rice with an added $1 maybe, which is pretty good. You have good tea options too like ginger, Jasmine etc which they serve in a kettle. Overall very cool if you have a party of 5 or so, since you can collectively order and not have to deal with the 'sweet' pad Thai alone. ????”

Not a diet place but you can find a few things not to exceed 600 calories. Kids seem to like it so bring your family but expect to pay for the outing but that's the whole point in going out. I had to add a little hot sauce to it to make it enjoyable. I had to ask for a fork because the restaurant seems to cater mostly to persons who know how to use chopsticks. I also had to ask for water. I got it in a plastic tumbler. I'm used to being served in glass containers in a sit down restaurant. Overall, it's a good place but one that is, I think, an acquired taste.”

“We stopped at this restaurant unexpectedly, on the way home from our vacation. There was only one man who was taking all of the orders and running the bar as well. He took us to our table, tossed down the menus and walked away quickly. He seemed very efficient but didn't have time for any social skills or greetings...the entire time we were there. The food was very hot, but (my steak) had no flavor/bland. My husband ordered a diet soda, but they kept bringing him a regular soda... Which isn't a big deal, except that he's a diabetic. If we were in town again, I don't believe we would stop by.”
