“Authentic? No. Good burritos and salsa? Oh yeah. It's our go to for what we call cylinder food, something quick and filling when we're too busy to cook. Also good breakfast burritos, tacos are good too. I was stuck between 3 and 4 stars, but then I realized I've probably been there 100 times over the last 7 years I've lived in Ventura, so it seems to be my preferred anglicized burrito stop”

“The food here is pretty good, they have some pretty awesome burgers, and I would really like to have given them 5 stars. We like that they redecorated and calmed down the decor as well. But the last few times we visited the service was horrible. We were seateded and told our server would be right with us, a few minutes later another party was seated next to us. They got their drinks and order taken and we had not even been greeted by a server. We waited a while longer, watching employees walk by us as if we were not even there. So, we got up and went somewhere else. We tried to visit again. When we walked in there was no one greeting customers. We stood there waiting for about 7-8 minutes before the greeter came around to sit us, then it took another 10-15 minutes for us to meet our server, and the place was pretty dead @ the time. So, as far as food, its pretty good. As far as service, it could use some improvement.”
