“Amazing BBQ with great sides and sauces. I tried a brisket sandwich with the bold sauce. Perfect combination with slaw, pickles and hot peppers. The chili was full of flavor and had a nice kick of heat to it. The Mac-N-Cheese was bomb with crunchy fried onions on top. I went back to try the Pastrami and that was my absolutely favorite. It was really delicious. I would highly recommend Bare Bonz Q for your catering needs or if you simply want some really good BBQ!”

“I had never tried a “waffle experience“ restaurant before. I decided to give this one a try. I always love so examined for breakfast, but was a little hesitant with a waffle sandwich. I’m glad I took the risk and it was an excellent meal. The smoked salmon tasted perfect, very fresh and the waffle itself was quite yummy. It came with a small salad and was a great start to the day!”

“Very sweet server but English not good so hard to clarify menu items. Had blossom fish sweet and sour, huge portion for one. I don't normally eat the batter but as it was perfectly cooked the doggy bag was good later. Prices seem cheap especially for sides where the rice was $1.50 and bottled water must cost them more than the $1 they charge. Good quality food at a reasonable price”

“Went to dinner with my friend and his daughter, both from Peru. We ordered everything, they said it was the best and most authentic restaurant; my friend has lived in LA area for 20 years. He would be happy to drive from San Fernando to Moorpark again to eat at Casa Ruiz. I loved every bite. It was the best tamale I ever had. I loved the fish. I really enjoyed trying so much.
