“This location is always so busy. When I got to the speaker to place my order...I couldn't quite hear or understand the employee taking my order...but finally got it confirmed. When I got to the window to pay, that employee told me I could pay at the next window because her computer was not working. So when I got to the second window....she had to ask me what I ordered. After she found my order...I let her know I was supposed to pay and she indicated that the computers were down and there was no charge and please come back again! That was awesome ????????????!!”

“Our kids love the play place. The food is pretty consistent. The restaurant is usually pretty clean, though the play place often has spilled food all around. The play place room also is hot in summer and cold in winter, but never unbearable if you're dressed well. For some reason, they have us wait for our order out of line nearly half the time when we do the drive through (we order almost exclusively off the value menu, but get a large amount). Employees are usually very nice to us.”

“Oh no. I was so bummed to hear that the Donut Hut closed down and a new shop took over. So many great memories from when I was a kid. We have a lady that brings us donuts once a week here in Vail, and I was even considering making the trek down to try and outdo her. Back when my dad used to work nights, one thing I remembered him mentioning several times was driving home from work he'd see the guy coming in super early in the morning and working away inside the Donut Hut on his way home. You guys will definitely be missed. :(”

“Was here for a late breakfast at 10:30 on 1/20/20 and it was absolutely swamped. Despite that, the one server (I never got her name but she had short strawberry blonde hair and a tattoo on the back of her neck) was extremely polite and pleasant. She was able to dedicate her attention to all of her customers despite being one of the few employees working the register. She was also able to get our food in a timely and efficent manner without seeming dismissive or uninterested in us. I would come here again!”

Teri served me with such a pleasant greeting and was so helpful. The restaurant had wonderful classical music playing in the background and the restaurant itself was very clean. There wasn’t a table that had trash left on it. The gentleman who was so attentive to the cleaning duties was making sure it stayed that way and they even have a conference room! Never have I seen or been in such a great McDonald’s before. This is an exceptional example of how a fast food franchise should be run. Thank you so much.”
