    Jalapeno cheddar brisket sandwich was, and has always been my pick, delicious! Love that you can buy meat by the pound ready to go, just call it in early and they'll have it ready. Great for when family and friends are visiting over the weekend. Kudos!!👍👍

    Great place in Pagosa Springs. We did a family tour of Colorado and were so tired of the pizza and Mexican restaurants that are in every small town. The pulled pork was fantastic and the brisket was good! Would definitely stop again.

    Oh my GOSH. Hands down the best I’ve had. The ribs were falling off the bone tender but had a crusty glaze, the pork brisket literally melted in my mouth, and the brisket was good too. The sweet potato fries were crispy and the coleslaw was like I like it-a little sour, not too sweet. Everything tasted like it was made with love and the people were friendly, too.

    We really enjoyed this place! The service was great such a kind lady who helped us! The beans are as you will read in reviews, DELICIOUS! Chili cheese fries were yummy! I added their bbq sauce to them and loved them even more! Was not impressed with the pulled pork, but hubby got ribs and brisket and they were both melt in your mouth tender and tasty! Would recommend! Nice quiet spot not loud or over crowded! Great overall experience
