The person who handled it was nice. She gave me the drink and it looked exactly the same. But I gave them another chance, it tasted like a violet drink but looked like the dragon drink. However, they might be a little too efficient as they stop reading past the type of drink on the labels, so things like light ice or even no ice do not get read at all. I used to order light ice drinks because I think the recipes just call for too much ice, however the baristas stopped putting in light amounts of ice and just deferred to the standard amount. To combat this, I've ordered drinks with no ice for a while and have just gone home to add my own ice. Today, however, I was given standard ice on a drink I asked for no ice. I really wish baristas would fully read the labels on drink orders.”
