“Hit or miss here. Sometimes they have attentive staff and other times not so much. Went a few weeks ago and Chuck E came out walked by and left. There was a countdown on the loud speaker telling the kids to get ready for a ticket throw, but that didn't happen so it was a little strange. Pizza is definitely overpriced for sure. You can spend easily over $50 for a pizza, drinks, and a few games. But the games are never "out of order" like other places so that's a plus. Salad bar is nice, but like the pizza, overpriced. Such a shame there are no Peter Piper Pizzas around. Such a better quality pizza for a way better price.”

“Ok, this has got to be my favorite shopping strip in all of metro Denver. It was my birthday weekend and we first stopped at Summit cigar(5*!) We then walked into Atlas Valley Purveyors (5*!!) We ended up in Endo brewing (5*!!!). Earlier in the week my wife and I were talking about how breweries are not really trying to be innovative and flavorful. Too many are retreating into the safety of NEIPAs or IPAs plus german and English Ales. They are not really trying to stand out. They are just blending in. Here is where Endo comes in, they had 4 different Belgians on tap including an amazing Trippel that can go toe to toe with New Belgium. To make the evening better, they have a little side room that has about 8 pinball machines. I plan on returning many times to this brewery.”

“The food is very good. I could live on the oven roasted baby red potatoes alone. They are dashed with perfect seasoning, roasted til the skins are crisp in places, then broken open on the plate beside whatever lovely entree you ordered. And the entrees are solid. The breakfast food shines (omelets of all kinds, burritos, etc.) But I've also had excellent burgers and sandwiches and salads. (Delicate cherry vinaigrette dressing? So fancy!) Very good food aside, I like the warm ambiance with unique art covering the walls, unpretentious and comfortable booths, and great natural light. It's a treasure. The only flaws might be that it is a bit pricey, and you have to park a ways away during busy times (such as lunch rush.)”

Not that other places aren't all that. It must be the elbow room. I like my personal space. Much more than a bar menu. Nissi's could stand alone just with their restaurant. A decent wine and beer list for the casual for the non-snob and maybe one or two for them too. Plenty, plenty of soft drinks for all the soft drinkers. If I lived closer this would be a go-to for good music. Tonight, no cover, no tickets, no reservations, no minimums. So logically no hesitation coming. The food cost is borderline $$$. Eat at Burger King or here. Really! RD”
