    Great meal. Great service and the price was right. Lentils are a centerpiece of the menu with lentil flat bread, lentil soup and many vegan options. I recommend the Vitality salad, scallops, fresh oysters, blackened brie and steak medallions were amazing. Eagle is such a cute town. Something for everyone.

    Our first time to Wild Sage was so amazing. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we felt welcomed and knew it would be very special. And it was! Joel, our host, Kimberly, our server, and John our Expoditer were all so nice and made such a great team. We came in for Happy Hour, (3:30-5:30) Raw Oysters,
    and they were the FRESHEST we have ever had! Everything else was super as well.
    We definitely will be treating ourselves again to the great food and service at Wild Sage.

    Unpretentious and phenomenal. One of my favorite restaurants of all time.

    Innovative and spectacular food and drinks, like the Banana Bread Old Fashioned. Wonderfully original!

    Location is lovely, music selection is perfect, service is great. Just so happy with this place, what a pleasant surprise. Will absolutely be back!

    Healthy, flavorful and in an amazing setting. Loved this restaurant for the options, willingness to accommodate and the overall quality of our meal. They also offer a special menu for your pup! I enjoyed the Buddha bowl and added a portobello mushroom. The dressing was delicious and the overall dish was excellent. My husband had the house made veggie burger and it was also outstanding. Definitely worth a visit!!

    Recently opened restaurant on Capital Street in Eagle, and we made sure we stopped for lunch after appointments. The food and drinks were all so flavorful & fresh. The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright, along with the service. Chef Kevin is known for his authentic, creative food in the Vail Valley, and having been to Drunken Goat in Edwards regularly, I was so looking forward to his menu at Wild Sage. I will be going back soon. I want to have a Buddah bowl, sandwiches,.....fresh cocktails and try more appetizers, too! Everything looks so great. They also offer a Happy Hour menu (3:30-5:30) & dinner menu options, too, starting at 5pm. What a gift for Eagle to have such a fabulous restaurant.
