“New place in Eagle and was hopeful they would be bomb dot com, but it missed the mark. Although they are new, hopefully they’ll be able to work something’s out. Inside had groovy paintings and plants with good aesthetics with their presentation and plating. The drink I had was a prickly pear margarita and it was on point, almost dangerously delicious. The mozzarella sticks were different, but good a different type of breading to be fried same with the onion rings I tried. While dining in I saw all the different bigger pizzas come out and was hoping the pizza flight would be worth trying different flavors at a smaller scale almost like a tapas bar food. The bigger pizzas looked crisp, cooked well, and the right firmness. However the pizza flights need work as they were doughy if not fully cooked. The 3 mini pizzas were full of flavor, but the crust is below average microwaved pizza to a lunchable pizza crust and very doughy/chewy. I understand the price at $22.50 for a pizza flight as it’s 3 crafted mini pizzas, but they should work out the kinks of making the mini pizzas replicate the bigger pizza.”

“My husband and I enjoy La Diosa’s amazing food on a weekly basis! Their burgers, jalapeño fries with asada, chicken wings and ribeye tacos are among our favorites! Can’t go wrong with anything on their menu and we love supporting this local, family owned (and ran) business! Thank you for being here in Eagle!!!”

“Friendly local spot. The service is terrific, they have a good beer line-up, although I just had a Coors Light. Happy hour has a lot of good food choices, it also seems to run late from the lunch hour, I think it ends at 5:00. If you’re looking something with a laid back local feel this is a great choice!”

“Great meal. Great service and the price was right. Lentils are a centerpiece of the menu with lentil flat bread, lentil soup and many vegan options. I recommend the Vitality salad, scallops, fresh oysters, blackened brie and steak medallions were amazing. Eagle is such a cute town. Something for everyone.”

Love the traditional wings, my Elbert is my go to heat ( my Massive are very hot) The smoked wings are my 2nd favorite Great value @a buck a wing. ( many charge up to 2$ per wing)”

“It looks like Roam is now open for lunch because we happened to drive by and they had an Open sign! We felt so lucky to have happened upon it - the food and drinks were amazing. We got the veggie burger and Thai mango salad - so yummy! For cocktails we ordered their Moscow Mule (can't remember their name for it) and a "Colorado Nomad". I wish we could come back by on our way home because everything was so delicious! Definitely recommend!”

“What makes this place great is that it is immediately off the highway with super easy access. The food is made to order fresh and consistently tastes great. Service is pleasant then it is nice to have a place to get a quick bite right off the road that isn’t fast food.”

“We’re just finishing our dinner; ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! I had the salmon special over angel hair pasta. We know Scott and eat at Tiamo in Eagle Vail often. Always fabulous! Our server, Penny, was so delightful. The service was quick and professional. Wishing you lots of luck with your new location Scott. We’ll be back soon!”

“THRILLED to have an upscale option in Eagle! The food is absolutely outstanding. Having grown up in a foodie part of Atlanta, toughest part of Eagle for 5 years has been the dining out options. The Assembly is the perfect date night, or girls night out location...or (GASP) a place we can bring company without having to drive up valley! I rode my bike there and back and loved every second of it. Great plate size and selection, which allows for easy sharing. Favs (summer 2020 menu) are the stuffed dates, beet salad (best ever), poke, lobster pasta. Seriously, the salad dressing on the greens of the beet salad could be it's own thing... it's that good. Hopeful that the menu is seasonal, as we're eating here often (3x in 5 weeks) and will love a change in menu options over time. Looking forward to many great memories here!”

“This little hidden gem we found off of main street in Eagle has delicious, healthy smoothies with options for little nutritional boosts and smoothies for kids too. They have outdoor seating and inside has good spacing too for COVID. Friendly service. This is lovely small business!”

“The food here was good although a little slow coming out. The service was fair and the prices were good for the quality of the food. I would certainly eat here again when in Eagle. They do have indoor and outdoor seating, seasonal of course. And around the other side they have the ice cream I think soft serve and hand-dipped. Definitely a place worth checking out.”

“Order: - BBQ pulled pork platter with BBQ baked beans, slaw, corn bread, mac & cheese, key lime pie The good: - The service was prompt and the staff friendly - Baked beans were the perfect balance of sweet, smokey and porky - Slaw, which is vinegar based, had a nice tang and provided a great balance to the rich beans and fatty pork - Key lime pie was excellent and on the tart side which is something I appreciate as I find most key lime pies are too sweet The not so good: - Mac and cheese was bland and really, just pasta with cheese sprinkled over it. Definitely lacking in salt and cheese - The pork, while moist, which probably had to do with the vinegar sauce placed on it, lacked in seasoning and, more importantly, smoke. I really don't think that if you blindfolded someone and had them smell the pork, that they could tell it came from a smoker Overall, the sides were really the stars of this meal.”

“Highly recommend this place. Super friendly staff, eager to help and make conversation. I’m from out of state, way out of state, and the guy was very welcoming and eager to help me decide on the right option for me. Pizza was really good and I recommend the deep dish. I think it’s awesome they have a delivery connection set up with a local brewery. I would eat here again and recommend.”

“Good food, good service. She was a little rude at first, acted like we were bothersome for even coming in, but she changed in around pretty quickly. Not sure if that was dependent on the fact that her tip was gonna come from us. The sushi was pretty good. I recommend the shredder. It's a deep fried roll.”

“Great weekly specials and a terrific taco Tuesday deal. Cool murals near bathroom. Wood burning fire place. Great patio in the warmer months. Giant window view into kitchen. Cool folks who are friendly and treat you like family. Great salsa bar with yummy sauces, freshly chopped onions and cilantro. Decent little bar with strong drinks at reasonable prices.”

“Got an impossible Whopper and a regular Whopper. Bringing the impossible Whopper up to my face and smelling it I immediately smelled a rotten garbage or dead animal sort of smell. Maybe it was more like hospital waste or a used bandaid. The taste was like beans that had turned or maybe an old protein shake. The texture was like fish a little bit. It fell apart into flakes like cooked fish but those flakes stayed whole and didn't fall apart further. Overall it was gross but I could see vegans eating it. They eat gross stuff all the time. The regular Whopper was much better. The immediate smell of super fake flame broiling was comforting. And even though it wasn't what you would traditionally think of as meat, the tendons and gristle and connective tissue makes for a decent burger. It doesn't really fall apart under teeth but stays firm and you can chew it for a while and it is the same after 45 chews as it was after 5. I will come back because I love the traditional Whopper and I can't afford real food all the time.”

“We came on our way down to Denver. It was a slamming busy Friday night. Yet every employee was super friendly. We sat at the pizza bar and enjoyed slices. The guys were just awesome even though they had a row of orders. The pie waa good too - awesome crust and fun to watch them toss it!”

“While in Eagle, decided to visit Casa Mexico. Ordered the seafood burrito. Warning, this has real crabmea! Very good! But no beans or rice. Kind of surprised that neither came with this... worth checking out. Plus, margarita was very good!”

“Good food, great friendly service. Regular diner food, but they use better oil (canola instead of soy/vegetable) for deep friend foods. Perhaps a bit on the pricey side, but then again maybe not considering the area it's in. Great service from Kelly made our dinner stop more than pleasant. Thanks for the fun time, Kelly!”

“Fast food just off the highway. Maybe one of the prettiest views for a Wendy’s in the country. Food was just like you’d expect from Wendy’s; average tasting with a hundred high school kids in line, so it took 20mins to get our food.”

“Best in pizza place in the Eagle/Gypsum area! Period. They have a lot of options in the menu, their drivers are always fast and the they are flexible when I want to customize my pizza. Totally recommend!”
