“Decided to take a short road trip to see the Paint Mines park near Calhan. Really glad we did. We had heard that Western Omelette recently opened there and stopped on the way to the park. My breakfast was superb! I mean, really SUPERB! Not sure I can get past ordering the enchilada breakfast with green and red chile. Keep up the good work.”

“My daughters and I came in for lunch. We ordered the Meat Pizza from the menu. It took a little while for the pizza to come out, but was well worth the wait. Very tasty. The environment was very laid back. Great little bar/restaurant. Would definitely eat here again.”
