“Folks, this place is the real deal. My boyfriend and I are visiting Carbondale for a few days and we met a local who recommended this restaurant. I am so grateful we ended up coming! Everything on the menu is seasonal and the menu changes daily (we came 2 days in a row and the menu was different both days). Today we ordered the butternut squash rings, soup, meatballs, wagyu skewers, and salmon (we clearly eat well) and it did not disappoint! The mulled wine is also delicious! Super highly recommend this place.”

“Honestly one of the best coffee stops there is on I-70. Have been traveling for awhile and will make this a stop every time. Thanks for the great food and amazing coffee! Unfortunately they are renovating some of the rooms and the look they are going with is modern as opposed to an older style look that would fit the experience better. They have installed ac in all of the rooms which made the stay very enjoyable. The hotel breakfast was very very good and based on the quality of food it was worth the price.”

“Place is Packed Food line was leaning and production stopped at one point. Clerk was really nice but slow at processing my order. Single Barista. Food line set salmon on the board had to tell them to wipe down knife and board on my way out. Food line staff leaning again.Order semi mid paced. Great food. Maybe just the day and volume. Barista was the most efficient in the whole building.”
