“Ordered a 3 combo plate: cheese enchilada , chicken chalupa and chile rellano. Churros to go I especially appreciate the cabbage slaw. I really don't care for when the restaurants use egg roll wrappers on the Rellanos but it was still delicious. The cheese enchiladas as expected. The chicken chalupa was ok the shell was fried in an odd shape the chicken was plentiful, shredded but lacked any major flavor. Simple spot that offers good Mexican food, along the lines of what you'd expect. We sat outside and the service was friendly and fast and we were checked on frequently.”

“Didn’t realize this place had opened up until some friends told us! My boyfriend and I make it a weekly treat to get smoothies each weekend and we always look forward to it. The menu has lots of different options to try from and the store is always clean and in order. Service time can take a few minutes but it doesn’t bother us at all. Definitely recommend!”

“Driving through we stopped by this cute little resturant on the corner of Main Street in New Castle, we were immediately impressed by the inviting atmosphere! The smiles that greeted us made the entire experience one to remember! The food was absolutely amazing and the service was beyond generous! Even the kids meal was impressive compared to what were used to in other establishments! “I visited Chinatown restaurant last week along with one of my colleagues. The place is quite easy to locate and has parking facilities available. We went for breakfast and ended up ordering Egg Rolls and General Tso Chicken. We thought General Tso Chicken would have a spicy gravy however it turned out to be sweet and tangy. Overall Egg Rolls were delicious however we were not happy with General Tso Chicken. It could be improved. The ambiance of the restaurant is decent.”

“May seem weird to go to a sushi restaurant right next to a gas station, but the sushi is anything but gas station sushi! Everything is very good, highly recommend the sunset roll. The drinks are amazing (we loved the ginger pear martinis) but more importantly is how friendly our waitress was. This is a family-run business, so we are happy to give our support to them. “We used to eat at Shooter's when it was in this location. We were coming through Rifle recently and decided to give this place a try! Atmosphere is completely different, but not that it's a bad thing---just different. Service was okay, not great but okay. I ordered chicken fajitas and I do prefer my meat to come out on a hot skillet, as the chicken was already getting lukewarm as they brought it to me. Good lunch, portions were lunch sized but that was perfect for us! Son ordered the carne asada and he said it was good--not the best he's ever had, but still good. I didn't really like the refried beans but I loved the rice. We would try this place again.”

Our food came out hot and quick. We came for lunch and ordered the Monte Cristo and Chicken and Biscuit. The food was delicious and very high quality. Their menu is special and offers a good variety of tasty brunch, lunch/dinner, and dessert dishes (with vegetarian/gluten free options) you won't find anywhere else. The restauraunt also has a bar with a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. The service was great and everyone on staff is friendly, their hard work does not go unnoticed. The restaraunt itself has a welcoming and quaint atmosphere. This restaraunt is a great addition to Parachute and I highly recommend any locals check it out. I will definetly be coming back often to try more of the menu. They have a seperate menu for alcohol and I only wish they had nonalcoholic drinks listed on their main menu.”

“First time since they opened. The food came hot and quick . Margaritas were very good and potent, we like that. I especially enjoyed the salmon dish practically licked the plate. I am very happy about vegetarian dishes. Like cauliflower uses. Three of us went on a Tues. dinner hour and is was not too busy. I see this as being a very cool sports bar and restaurant. The only con for me is the noise factor.. resturant is designed in wood and metal, very light and sleek but if that restaurant was full to capacity I am pretty sure it would be hard to hear. Going back to try the cauliflower steak and more Margaritas!!”

“Folks, this place is the real deal. My boyfriend and I are visiting Carbondale for a few days and we met a local who recommended this restaurant. I am so grateful we ended up coming! Everything on the menu is seasonal and the menu changes daily (we came 2 days in a row and the menu was different both days). Today we ordered the butternut squash rings, soup, meatballs, wagyu skewers, and salmon (we clearly eat well) and it did not disappoint! The mulled wine is also delicious! Super highly recommend this place.”

“Great food while at Sunlight Mountain. It is on the expensive side as the portions are very small for what you pay, especially when you're feeding the whole family, but they also allow you to bring food to the lodge to eat so that's very nice. The chicken tenders are definitely the best bang for the buck and were REALLY good. This is a laid back place. I'm told you can safely assume their hours are 9 am to 3 pm but that they may open earlier and stay open later (possibly as late as 5 pm) depending on how busy they are.”

“First we wanted to start out by thanking and praising Sammie who was at the front desk. We accidentally left the lights on inside of our car overnight and she let us use her personal jumper cables to jump our car. The hotel was fairly clean and smelled nice. The beds were firm but not uncomfortable. Grand Vista provided the normal amenities except for continental breakfast. They wanted to charge $12 per person. They also charged a $10 parking fee. The hotel was the most affordable in the area, but they seemed to nickel and dime you to death. That’s the only reason for the 4 stars. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.”
