“Tacos are great! Super tasty, I’m a fan and will always get a few tacos when I’m at the brewery next door. Their chips and salsa though are disappointing, I don’t recommend spending the $8 on them. The chips we got were cold and really soggy from oil and had no flavor (even though the menu advertised they were seasoned).”

“Literally anything this place decides to make just gets added to my list of favorite things to eat in the valley. Tacos were phenomenal, empanadas- phenomenal, original menu-phenomenal, the owners- beyond phenomenal. I love coming here. Every time I take lunch to go to the food truck, my whole office wants something. Absolutely never disappointed.”

“What a new gem in Fraser! Amazing food every time and super friendly staff. I’m a vegetarian/some fish and they have incredible mushroom & salmon options and my husband loves all of their meats & sides too. Definitely stop here if you’re in Fraser & hungry!”

“This place is great. The food is good and they have "small town" style atmosphere with super friendly staff. We really enjoy the board games and the patio is great in the summer time. Looks like they are adding a serious wine room on the eatery side. The saloon is great and has open mic nights and live music. Parking can be a pain but worth the walk.”

“We stopped in after moonlight snowshoeing and were immediately greeted by Ed (Edmund?), our server, who noticed that we were from MN and suggested the cheese curds. They arrived at our table in less than 5 minutes and were delicious! We went on to order fries (enough for 4 people) French onion soup, the grilled cheese with gruyere and apples and the butternut squash soup. All of it was delicious!! The drinks were also excellent. Ed was very knowledgeable about the distillery and was very personable. We highly recommend a stop here if you are visiting the Fraser valley.”

“Katie is amazing! The kitchen is also amazing! Perfect ticket times perfect check back times. Coming from someone that used to stop watch all my waitresses and hostesses Katie knows how to run the front of the house! Bloody Mary's around point too. I love you definitely recommend adding a PBR to the bloody to make it last longer. See you guys soon.”

“Not your average cheap Mexican place. Immediately upon entry, you are treated to the feeling that these people care. From the custom furniture to the cozy atmosphere, it exudes a personal passion. Then, when you taste the food, you will be sure of it. Deeply-flavored and seamlessly integrated with local ingredients, the food is worth the trip from Winter Park.”

“Employee Ian was awesome, incredibly nice and patient. Made the environment friendly as he went around the dining area to different tables to make sure everyone's food was accurate and warm. Also, food is definitely fresh and the dining area is clean. Thanks again.”

“"I can't help laughing with delight after each bite!" Solstice is only open during ski season and the world must be sad come April when they close... EVERYTHING is amazing (yes, we ordered the menu). From color-changing cocktails to small bites where you eat even the garnish; eat your celeriac puree with short rib to earn an infused whiskey nightcap and just order the dessert menu. WOW!!!”

“13/10. Their gluten free crust tastes just like a regular thin crust. Great, fun, casual atmosphere. The young woman in the yellow cardigan on Thursday (did not catch her name) did a great job respectfully setting expectations and boundaries with a customer who wanted "an update" on his pizza (read: an irl Dominoes tracker on every step of the process. This is not realistic on a busy night with an hour-plus wait). They delivered efficiency, realism, precision, and most importantly, very tasty pizza.”

“The foundry is a great place for kids and adults. We use it to take a break from the slopes and it is a lot of fun. They have an arcade, pool, bowling and a movie theater (tickets go on sale 1pm each day and there is typically a line, and they sell out quickly so get your tickets at 1 if you want to go to a evening show). They have a full bar and rotating local beers as well as a full menu! It is very clean and the staff is very fun and attentive! We will be back.”
