His sushi is Fresh, flavorful, and seriously addicting. Each piece was perfect!.
What's cool is how chill Paul is. Super down-to-earth, chatting with everyone, making you feel right at home. The guy's got talent and vibe
I also mentioned I have a shellfish allergy and they went above and beyond to clean all the knives and boards to accommodate
We're definitely coming back soon. -

It is a cute and cozy space, incredible and friendly service, and some of the best sushi we have ever had! We got to visit with Paul and hear his story and his passion for great quality ingredients and a desire and heart to give the best experience! We will absolutely be back!

(December 27, 2023, 5:43 pm)I’m a local in Crested Butte and we had dinner there last night. They just opened. I’m Vegan and Gluten Free, my son is not.
Chef Paul is so sweet! He is from Korea and his partner Shawn has been rolling sushi in CB for years. I had the silken tofu, the Harvest Roll and the AAA Roll they were all were fantastic!
My son had potstickers and a few rolls and loved everything that Chef Paul Suggested.
