“Been using this location for a few months now, and I am very happy with their product and service. Tonight they messed up the same pie twice, but fixed it with no attitude. They're usually very accurate and they load the pizzas right. Sauce is important to me, and they put on the right amount with out having to ask for extra. They cut their pizzas, and I've never had a cold, or even warm pizza for that matter, but always HOT pizza delivered. Keep doing what you're doing, I like it.”

“Pizza is decent. This review is about my strange ordering experience. My husband placed an order online but did not receive an email confirmation as the website claimed so I called the store to confirm the order was received. Thankfully, it had been abs by then the person that answer confirmed it was out for delivery. Hooray! Pizza is then delivered, we eat, all good. Except 90min later I got a strange call from I assume the store manager. She called to tell me that the store credit they had generated for me from comping my entire order was too generous and she was going to have to reduce that 6 digit code she’d provided me to be a 20% off a future order instead. After I listened to her odd story, I informed her I had no idea what store credit she was talking about and I think she’s mistaken. She stated my name and repeated my credit was being changed. I then repeated that I had no idea what she was talking about and my order had been delivered correctly and I wasn’t aware of any credit. She then said that was weird and hung up. First, it’s incredibly bizarre (and comical) for a manager to call and reduce a credit at all but then to argue with me that she’d spoken to me earlier was even odder. Hopefully just a glitch in their order system but yikes!”

“The front of this establishment does not prepare you for the ambiance and great food within. Coming from out of state, we have sampled a few of the local eateries. This has been our favorite. Chicken Parmagania probably the best I've had. Enjoyed reading the family and restaurant history on the back of the menu. Service was great. We ate here on a weekday, later in the evening, and we're seated right away. I understand weekends are standing room only.”

I would give 5 stars seeing how the food is great and the fresh bread, but when we order specific sandwiches and items, we expect them to be in the bag and accurate. I ordered a slim, with mayo packets on the side and cut in half. No mayo packets, not cut in half....We work in a business where we have to eat when we can because we get so busy that we don't get lunch breaks. How easy would it have been to just cut it in half and throw in some mayo? Am I asking too much? The energy inside the store was also very bland, I thought they were supposed to be super ecstatic when customers come in, it's only 12:30. Come on guys!”
