Buffalo Rose

We ended up doing a last minute party here and it was more than I could have asked for! Working with management and the wait staff was an absolute dream. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everyone in our party had a fantastic time. The food was phenomenal. Beyond our expectations! And the setting and scenery were perfect. This IS THE RESTAURANT I would recommend when coming to Golden. It was an amazing night. Thank you Buffalo Rose!!! And last but not least I want to mention out waitresses Deb. Hands down the best, most lively, attentive, funny waitress around. I literally cannot even begin to describe how great the evening was!

This review is for the concert/event venue side of the Buffalo Rose. Patricia, the Event Planner, was very professional and made sure our wedding day was a moment we will never forget! Our wedding day was free of stress and worry. Our guests said they had a fantastic time and it felt personal, special and unique. Don't hesitate to go to The Rose for whatever your special event celebration needs may be!

We really enjoy the design of the place. Excellent atmosphere and a wide variety of items on the menu. Especially love the open bar! The only downside is that drinks are a bit pricey than other places but we would enjoy coming back.

I wanted to hear Hazel Miller Saturday, Dec. 28, but I couldn't find the ticket confirmation and wondered if I'd inadvertently deleted. I called Buffalo Rose at 1 pm Saturday and got a recording telling me my business was valued and leave a message, which I did. I also emailed the information address. After I left 2 more messages it was close to 6 pm and I decided to go to Buffalo Rose in case I had made a reservation. In fact, I did have a reservation and was glad I could hear Hazel Miller.
No one from Buffalo Rose returned my call. I don't know why it lists a phone number since calling the business is an act of futility. Contrary to what is said on the phone recording, I don't feel like my business is valued. The venue is beautifully remodeled, sound is great. Entertainment is excellent. But hospitality--not so much. RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IF YOU DO VALUE THEIR BUSINESS!
