“My wife and I stopped in for a snack on a road trip. Braden, the guy helping us, talked us into sharing a burrito. After loading it up and rolling it to perfection he declared that he had just made the best burrito in the world. After eating it we agreed that he was correct. We were both so happy with how friendly the staff was as well as the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. Upbeat and positive attitudes seem to make the food even better somehow. “We showed up on a Monday morning and we were treated like royalty! Gretchen brought us water and got us started with delicious coffee. We are participating in the Yarn Along the Rockies Yarn Crawl and traveled up from Colorado Springs so we had to leave early to beat traffic, the coffee was amazing and will fuel our trip. We were able to order the exact food we wanted, and even got a "juice flight" for one of our group to enjoy. The pancakes were amazing, biscuits and gravy were a dream, and the juice flight was exactly what we needed. We may have to drive back up just to visit!”

“Great place, friendly staff and tidy. My first time here, love yogurt ice cream. I ordered my son the cotton candy milk shake with whip cream, it was more like cotton candy milk, there wasn't any texture to it , very thin. I still am excited about trying the different yogurt ice cream holiday ones are my favorite.”

“Golden Stix in Conifer used to be excellent. They had fresh sliced bamboo shoots and red pepper in the entrees. Now they have dumbed it down to green peppers and canned bamboo shoots. Seems to be very hit or miss lately. The owner seems grumpy and there are lots of new kids working there. I haven't been affected by the sporadic hours that many are complaining about, but there is no excuse for that when you are in business. People plan ahead based on your posted hours. Recently, the entree was good but the hot and sour soup, that used to be excellent, was disappointing. Too many red pepper flakes and funky broth. Bring your jacket. The inside is always cold!”

“I liked Los 3 Garcias because it slightly exceeded the expectations of a basic Colorado Mexican restaurant. The food, although wasn't quite warm enough, had exceptional flavor. The texture gave away that the foot sat for at least 5-10 minutes after being cooked. It was quality taste and ingredients, and there are several vegetarian options. Although it was not the best Colorado Mexican food, nor the most "home made", it was definitely quite decent and the service was incredible.”

“Husband and two nephew's (4 yr old and 10 yr old) all were satisfied with just one of their caprese pizzas. We thought we might have to order more but we saw the huge boxes people were taking out; and sure enough, we even had enough to take home. The pizza was thin and crunchy and you could taste the "yeasty" flavor of a dough that has been allowed time to bloom to wonderful flavors.”

“Catering? Yes they do! And the portions are awesome! Get the Gyros and make any gathering a hit! Reasonable price and super yummy!!! Or if you are looking for a place to take people from out of town. Take them here! I always do the meat platter and gyro dinner and it feeds 4 people quite well. Plus the hummus is exquisite! “Hands down the best Thai food in the Denver metro area. I’ve searched and searched for a Thai place better than Thai Gold and I can’t find one! Such good food and the service time is always reasonable. I’ve recently moved about an hour away from Golden but I’ll still make a point to get Thai Gold if I’m in the area. The ginger chicken, crispy basil chicken, and cashew chicken are my favorites. I highly recommend!”

“First time dining here on the weekend for brunch. I liked the ambiance - quiet, relaxed, and lofty ceilings. The service was very attentive but a bit on the slow side between ordering the meals and getting our food. We enjoyed the spring salad with chicken, the chicken bacon sandwich with sweet potato fries and the regular breakfast. We enjoyed the cheesy hash browns casserole a lot and the sausage. We wanted to try the bread pudding French toast and the other sweet offerings but it will have to return another time. Thank you.”
