Summit View Restaurant

The menu here is so varied-something for everyone. The dishes are locally sourced and thoughtfully prepared, and the view from the base of Long's Peak is amazing! Certainly worth the short drive for a great meal!

This is a great restaurant with a very nice menu selection! I ordered a delicious cheeseburger with wonderful smashed red potatoes! It was great! Very nice wine selection! The atmosphere and views were great! There is a nice wood burning fireplace in the dining room and a neat lounge area with a pool table. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Absolutely incredible food. The chef, John, is a master of the culinary! He puts flavors together that I never knew could exist. We have eaten there 3 times now and everything was mouth watering. The restaurant helped us celebrate an intimate "elopement" dinner with 6 courses. It was amazing! All 5 of us have agreed we have never had such incredible food. We had the Trout Mousse, Elk Buttons, Buttered Salmon, Smoked Filet, Russian BBQ chicken, and amazing desserts, specially chosen by John for us. Peter and John made our day amazingly special. Also, don't let the simple interior of restaurant fool you- this is a 1 of a kind place. Only 5 minutes out of town and the views are impeccable as well.

Uniquely prepared, delicious food in a setting that can’t be beat. Instead of fighting the crowds and having trouble finding parking in Estes we took a drive out of town and had one of the best meals we could have found. Great, personal service and the view!

The summit view is by far the best place I have eaten in Estes Park! The new chef makes culinary delights that satisfies your palette. I had a full rack of st. Louis ribs that was smoked just right and just the right amount of BBQ sauce to compliment the ribs. My wife had the Russian chicken Tika that was full of flavor. But it was the dessert that stole the show. A Russian apple cake so full of flavor that it is to die for!!!
