“My boyfriend and I went here on 02/02/20 at about 1pm. We placed our order and were waiting in line (about 7-10 minutes) but not really minding as it was super bowl sunday afternoon and they're usually very fast with our orders. The car in front of us drove off without their orders and as we pulled up to the window, the car behind us backed out. We pulled up to the window and there were only two workers from what we see (Tammy and Tanner we believe) who were frantic and super apologetic for the wait. My boyfriend and I work customer service and just kept telling them it was okay and no rush since they said they were understaffed. Even so they offered us discounts, apologized profusely, and gave us the made drinks for the customers who abandoned them. Overall we left feeling great because they were still very nice and friendly the whole time despite the stress. I hope we got their names right because they really do deserve the praise since I would 100% go back after the situation.”

At 115 pm on a Wednesday (carryout) still took 9 minutes for basic (nothing special) 2 person order, and the food no longer stays hot for more than 5 minutes even putting it in an insulated carrier by the time I got to the office it was cold”

“I end up at this spot because it is convenient, but there isn't anything about this MacDonalds that makes me say Wow or hip enough to call them Mickey D. The food is always typical McDonald's, the service on the slow side but the wait staff are always friendly. I hate standing at a counter waiting for my existence to be acknowledged when they are busy. They never do that - always a greeting or a "be with you soon".”

“The breakfast menu looked great but we were in the mood for an early lunch so we were pleased they were very accommodating with the lunch menu. I ordered the Hickory bacon cheeseburger and it was the best burger I've had in a long time. Mother in law had the roast turkey club and liked It as well. I was bummed I was driving because their mimosa menu was absolutely mouth watering. The decor and theme of the restaurant are done very well, there's a lot of character without being cheesy or cliche. Server and host staff were great. Will definitely take the short trek to the outlet mall to go again for dinner w/ the boyfriend.”
