“First visit tonight. My wife and I were looking for a nice dinner out to make up for me having to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. We were so happy to have made this choice! We've visited several different hibachi restaurants, and Masa did not disappoint. The restaurant was roomy, clean, and beautiful inside. Every member of the staff was super friendly, with smiles for everyone. We had a small child at our table, and he freaked out about the initial fire, so or chef was really cognizant of keeping the loud noises and fire subdued. It kinda cut into our show a little, but it was wholly appropriate for the young audience. Food was amazing! We started out with California Rolls, which were great! Wife had steak and lobster, and I had steak and chicken. Rice, noodles, soup and salad were on-point and the meats were delicious! I left feeling really full, of course because I had to clean up some of my wife's meal lol. Prices were pretty much what you expect, not cheap but not outrageous either. For the quality of food, the prices were fine. All in all, this is our favorite hibachi restaurant that we've been to, and we will be back again!”

The waiting staff are more interested in talking with one another than with the costumer. I will give one more star as the food was great and the house wine was awesome, but please work on the service. Having to ask to fill my water glass 3 or 4 times in a row is a bit annoying.”

“We own a restaurant and love to support other local eateries. We often are disappointed... until we came across Rally 5. From the second we walked in we received amazing customer service. That was followed by some of the best food we’ve ever had. They even brought out a cup of whipped cream for our dog. There was a slight mix up with one of our entrees, but they were honest about what happened and fixed it right away!!! We cannot wait to return to try more delicious, fresh menu items. 100/100 would recommend and do again. And again.”

“Firehouse subs is sub sandwich counter-order sub shop with a firehouse motif. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. They feature a Coke Freestyle drink machine. They serve a variety of sandwiches and soups. They have gluten-free bread for an additional charge. I noticed they have kids meal combos with basic sandwich options. The front entrance is a single door and level (+ curb)with the parking area, they do not have a door opener for those with limited mobility. I ordered the turkey sandwich, which was of good quality and freshness. I found the portion size to be satisfactory for the price. The floors and dining area weren’t quite as clean as I would expect, but not a huge deal. The staff was friendly. Please “like” this review if it helped you in any way.”

“The food was and is always great but our server(Sarah) over the weekend needs to work on her customer service skills, while she wasn't rude. She didn't ask us how are food was. But was sure chatty and checked on other guests multiple times. And gave us our check long before we were done. So my husband and I didn't exactly get happy vibes from her. “Took my preschool aged son here for a mother son dinner date before a church activity. It was a busy Saturday night but the service was good and the food came out quickly. A little on the loud side and the prices are a bit more than comparable restaurants but we both enjoyed our meals (I had lamb shank and he had a kid’s mac and cheese) and dessert (and ENORMOUS piece of chocolate cake that we shared and still brought home half of). It definitely has the chain restaurant feel but overall was a good experience.”

“We went for a family birthday and had a wonderful time. They come out clapping and it's very entertaining. Their food is wonderful. Just being seated you're already met with peanuts in the shell and bread rolls to eat with the most wonderful cinnamon honey butter. I chose the sirloin with fries and veggies. Everything was delicious, our steaks were cooked perfectly, the fries were hot and fluffy inside with a crisp exterior. The vegetables were perfectly steamed. We always enjoy our meal here, and we go for everyone's birthday, family gathering, etc. So we come pretty often and the food us always great and the service is awesome.”

“Best sandwiches in the county. I recommend any of the Chicken Philly Cheese Steaks. It’s the Philly Cheese without the beef which actually tastes phenomenal compared to its counterpart. They’re ingredients are so high quality. The cheese was golden and melted to perfection, I’ve recently started getting their wheat bread now that I know they have it. The regular size is plenty big for a meal. I would only recommend a giant for a group of two that wants to split it, or you are getting sandwiches for the office break room. Don’t worry, they have cold sub sandwiches too. They taste just as great as the warm ones. There is a rewards system through the Jersey Mike’s app, but it does take awhile to build up to a free regular. I haven’t even been here 10 times and I’m not even close to a mini yet, but I digress. If you are looking for the best sandwich chain in town, I would strongly considering giving this places go.”

“The pizza is good. Hopefully they get your order right the first time and not the 3rd time. If they mess up your order they try to make it your fault. (They said "she hung up before we could confirm to remake the pizza" - no, the person on the phone said "okay, we will get it ready', and tried to hang up. She stopped her, and repeated the order to the person on the phone a second time and then confirmed how long it would take to get the order ready.) Showed up, the pizza isn't ready. Then the pizza is ready but again it is wrong. Finally got it right on the third time. It wasn't a difficult order - one of their specialty pizzas plus jalapenos. So, order your pizza and open each box to confirm it is what it is supposed to be before leaving and you will have a good dinner. (Pizza order on the ticket was correct but didn't match what was in the box.)”

“I had breakfast Wednesday at the Council Tree location. Certainly the food and service were superb. My compliment- however- is for your associate Chuy. I noticed him, during a rush, stop to take the time to assist an elderly lady get her winter coat on as she prepared to leave. This is an attitude and mindset that is impossible to teach and train, and he inspired me to think about the way I could help others, even a little, throughout the day.
