Went to this location only to find that the lobby was closed. So, went through the drive through only to be met with "We're out of chicken right now". They only had tenders.
The biscuits seemed dried out too.

I mean, it's still KFC and still delicious, but I was pretty disappointed that I couldn't get chicken and the chicken shop.

This location is incredibly short staffed—like a lot of other businesses—so the lobby is closed. We are in a huge truck and trailer and can’t fit through the drive thru lane. THANK YOU Kimberly and Sherrie for helping me figure out how to place an order, and feed my family of 6. Best customer service EVER. And while we sat and ate next to our trailer, the drive thru line was never shorter than 10 cars 😬 I can see how they sometimes run out of chicken! Also, it’s located in an open parking lot that’s easy for trucks, trailers, RVs etc to get in and out

My favorite fast food restaurant in Cortez. Friendly and courteous staff. Aways clean. I love KFC! Just had the Nashville hot waffle sandwich and it was awesome!
