Wild Edge delivers consistent, high-quality, and interesting beers and food. The experience is made all the better by the welcoming staff and the musicians they invite. You won’t find ordinary IPAs or boring bites in this spirited brewery. Notes of the southwest emerge in each bite and sip without appearing kitschy. If you find yourself in town or just passing through, make sure to grab a Juniperus and whatever chef is serving that day, it’s always good.
Always great stuff here at WildEdge. Solid ‘clean’ beers as well as amazing wild beers of all types. A must stop. Food is good too. Thanks!
Good beer and pretzel. Nice atmosphere. Wort a visit.
Great place for a drink and just to hang out. All their selection were really good
Having first encountered WildEdge's offerings at a bar in Telluride, I was antsy to make the trek to Cortez to sample more of what they brewed.
The taproom is quiet, relaxed and full of mountain scenery/pictures.
The small patio out front offers more seating in a pristine setting, somewhat reminiscent of a city cafe.
The beers are absolutely amazing. Selections run the gamut from sours, to IPA's to the occasional darker porter & stout. Don't be fooled though, WildEdge's forte are sours and bottle-conditioned. Ava they do it right.
I know Cortez is a long way from pretty much everywhere, but once here, it's the ONLY place to sit, relax and sip the hours away.
