“What a gem. We ate here while visiting family in the area. It was a fun departure from a typical breakfast. The burritos were great...loved their green chili. The coffee was also outstanding and never ending. They were busy the morning we were there, but accommodated our large party without a problem. With great food and service it is a must try!”

“I'm a little surprised by a few of the recent reviews here, as I have always been very pleased with the sushi every time we have eaten here! Is it the best or the freshest sushi I've had? Of course not, we're in a very small town in rural Western Colorado! I've had better sushi in NYC and LA but we're not living next to an ocean here; and I've also paid a whole lot more in those places. Not to mention the situation we've all been dealing with for the past two years! I'm just very grateful for a damn good sushi restaurant in our little town! I guess "Haters gonna hate!" If you don't like it, you don't have to go back. I can't believe the entitlement of some people! Montrose is blessed to have Hiro Sushi!”

“Delightful atmosphere and a great group of people working here. I was so happy to be part of the community right when I walked in. Sue was helping me decide what to order and I was very happy with her selections. Margarita pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizza. Cheese bread and a salad. All of these items were to go so my wife son and I could got to the park and relax. I left feeling better than I had ever expected. Such a one of a kind experience. Great looking food and it was delicious. Top notch restaurants deserve credit for being supportive to an overwhelming joy I felt upon entering and being help out while my hands were full leaving. “Limited, but delicious and flavorful items on the menu. Loaded brisket nachos were a delicious start. My favorite is the BBQ salad. Great selection of tacos (even for my very traditional taco husband). I would recommend they slightly heat the corn tortillas on each side and that would firm them up a bit and they won't fall apart as quickly. Staff is friendly - great, unique drinks too. Glad we stumbled upon this restaurant!”

“Fast food, fresh and cooked to order. Drive and walk up only. Burgers cooked to order with either french fries or onion rings (sub for $1.50), hot dogs, and great shakes. Two hot dog Tuesdays (2 for). They've got fresh burgers cooked from scratch as you wait just a few minutes in your car or at their small outside seating area. They'll cook them medium if you ask. One of the things that sets this place apart is the onion rings. Fresh battered and perfectly deep fried, you know how the best onion rings break where you bite and are not stringy? That's Crash Burger (Smash Burger had already been taken.) There's a speciality shake weekly and their chocolate and vanilla sharks are super. Open to takeout all winter (closed on Sunday) and sometimes the line of cars is long enough to reach into the street but they move the orders along quickly.”

“This place is hands down the best Mexican food I have ever had. The price point is amazing, very affordable. There was a 20 minute wait, but it was worth it. My wife and I go to different Hispanic places to find our favorite. We live 5 hours away from this place and we will be back. My wife had the tacos with pork and the corn tortillas came out fresh as can be. I don't like corn tortillas and I tried hers and I would only eat the ones from here, I'm a little picky. I had the smothered burrito with steak and it was the best I have ever had. I don't know how he cooks everything inside but I could taste the individual flavors. Also, my wife and I could not find a flan we like and he said his would be our favorite. It is. He also mentioned that he will be adding two flavors of flan.”

“I was seated at the bar immediately, service was wonderful from the suggestions of what to eat to simple conversation. Cream of Mushroom soup was good. House Salad w/homemade creamy Balsamic Catfish Sandwich was INSANE!! 1st of all the Catfish filet is thick, I've had Catfish that 3 pieces stacked would compare to theirs. I thought the breading was a little too thick but it was still a good sandwich. Definitely will be back to try the dinner menu! Enjoy!”

“Don’t be deceived by the size of this burrito shack. The staff are friendly and efficient. These burritos are one of a kind and delicious! They are browned to perfection on the outside, with I’m guessing a panini press similar to a quesadilla. I ordered a bacon burrito with medium chili. It had a great mix of bacon, green chili, cheese and tater tots. It comes with beans, which I am not a fan of in a breakfast burrito, they gladly made my burrito without. Will be coming back to Sunrise burritos again.”
