“When you're in the mood for the best street tacos ever, go to Tacos2day. Wow this place is great. I've tried the asada, birria, pastor, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo tacos. All delicious! You can order 4, and choose 2 meats, or 6 and choose 3 meats. They even have more I still have to try. The ceviche is incredible. Fresh, crisp, and very unique. There's pretty much a whole avocado quartered across the top drizzled with a tasty secret sauce. Next time I'm gonna try the shrimp aquachile. I really like the beans as well. Super flavorful rancho type beans instead of the same old refried beans. They got beer and aqua frescas to wash it all down. You will not be disappointed with this food. Something special about this place as well. It has an open kitchen and the owner is always there on the line leading his team. He used to have a food truck in town that I ate at a lot. Now he has a restaurant. A great guy working hard living an entrepreneurial dream. Great job my friend! Support a local business and give these tacos a try.”

“The food truck was stationed by a park, which makes it a perfect spot for kids to run around and play while you eat amazing Thai food. There is also a public restroom for anyone to use. The Khao soi that I got was really really good. As a foodie, this is a hidden gem spot. The Thai iced tea is a 100% must get. You won't regret coming to try out this spot. Lots of parking available as well!”

“No complaints at all on the flavors of the food. Very good and filling dishes. The vegetable soup ($3.99) could have been hotter when served, but I loved the whole vegetables and beans in the soup. Calamari was perfectly cooked, just needed a little more flavor/kick in the batter. The Scampi with shrimp was really good in flavor, but once again, the food wasn't hot enough. Kinda cold inside, not very cozy for a dinner. Nice waitresses who will have a laugh and check to see if you need anything. Looking forward to trying some of the other items like the salmon dishes and the stuffed chicken dishes with capers and sun-dried tomatoes.”

“I love this place! It has a great casual atmosphere, the coffee is exceptional (try the Spanish Peaks), they are actively involved in the community, and they're a brewery too. There's also a shelf of books at the back for sharing and taking, and a lot of space inside. In short, this is the perfect place - a must see when you're in the area!”

“This is a combo A&W and Long John Silvers. We were all impressed with the expediency of the staff, their friendliness, and the quality of their food. The restaurant was clean and orderly, and everything we needed for our meals was within reach. I would rate them with 5 stars, except one tiny portion of my fish was not fully cooked, leaving the batter wet in that area. The rest of our food was cooked to perfection though, and this would be my new go-to for LJS, if I lived in the area. Also, on a side note, the attached Humdingers was terrific when it came to snack pastry selections. They also maintained super clean, great smelling restrooms. (That may sound like a weird comment to toss in, but those that travel know the rarity of a clean, fresh smelling restroom. It smelled like coconut lime verbena and nothing else.)”

“My favorite spot for Mexican food. The margaritas are great, the house margarita is the best in town. My personal favorite is the grape fruit margarita! The seafood enchilada is a hidden gem, nice large scallops and shrimp topped with a spicy but not too spicy sauce. The carnitas street tacos are simple yet one of the better taco plates around. The best thing about this place is consistency, each time I have eaten here the food tastes the same, which isn’t a bad thing!”

“We decided to stop at the restaurant for lunch. I was looking forward for the buffet but was told that they do not do it anymore. We ordered the dumplings for appetizer and they were really good. My chicken curry was amazing:the chicken was tender, sauce was not too spicy and had plenty of flavor. The vegetables curry was great as well. Naan garlic was fresh and tasted great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the service needs to be a bit better and the building is really old and could use updating. Otherwise it’s a family owned business with amazing food.”

“Delicious, homey burger and great fry sauce. Added sweet potato fries, crisped to perfection. Burger wasn't dry, nice bun. Fantastic employees, fast service. Knocked off 2 stars when the price for 2 skinny, very crispy pieces of bacon was an additional $3.00; not thick applewood smoked or anything, but basically paper thin. Avocado slices are also paper thin, almost non-existent.”

“I'm a little surprised by a few of the recent reviews here, as I have always been very pleased with the sushi every time we have eaten here! Is it the best or the freshest sushi I've had? Of course not, we're in a very small town in rural Western Colorado! I've had better sushi in NYC and LA but we're not living next to an ocean here; and I've also paid a whole lot more in those places. Not to mention the situation we've all been dealing with for the past two years! I'm just very grateful for a damn good sushi restaurant in our little town! I guess "Haters gonna hate!" If you don't like it, you don't have to go back. I can't believe the entitlement of some people! Montrose is blessed to have Hiro Sushi!”

“Delightful atmosphere and a great group of people working here. I was so happy to be part of the community right when I walked in. Sue was helping me decide what to order and I was very happy with her selections. Margarita pizza and a Buffalo chicken pizza. Cheese bread and a salad. All of these items were to go so my wife son and I could got to the park and relax. I left feeling better than I had ever expected. Such a one of a kind experience. Great looking food and it was delicious. Top notch restaurants deserve credit for being supportive to an overwhelming joy I felt upon entering and being help out while my hands were full leaving. “Limited, but delicious and flavorful items on the menu. Loaded brisket nachos were a delicious start. My favorite is the BBQ salad. Great selection of tacos (even for my very traditional taco husband). I would recommend they slightly heat the corn tortillas on each side and that would firm them up a bit and they won't fall apart as quickly. Staff is friendly - great, unique drinks too. Glad we stumbled upon this restaurant!”

“Fast food, fresh and cooked to order. Drive and walk up only. Burgers cooked to order with either french fries or onion rings (sub for $1.50), hot dogs, and great shakes. Two hot dog Tuesdays (2 for). They've got fresh burgers cooked from scratch as you wait just a few minutes in your car or at their small outside seating area. They'll cook them medium if you ask. One of the things that sets this place apart is the onion rings. Fresh battered and perfectly deep fried, you know how the best onion rings break where you bite and are not stringy? That's Crash Burger (Smash Burger had already been taken.) There's a speciality shake weekly and their chocolate and vanilla sharks are super. Open to takeout all winter (closed on Sunday) and sometimes the line of cars is long enough to reach into the street but they move the orders along quickly.”

Not the best place for a vegetarian, but what breweries really are. If you like slightly fruity beers try the jazzy crazy.”
