“Had a great time at Cloud Nine for the 2:00 PM seating. JP is so friendly and attentive! We sat outside and enjoyed some raclette before the spray party started. It was great to get to enjoy the views and food without getting as soaked as the people inside did! “A lovely restaurant above a bookstore. The food is very healthy and flavorful. They use quality ingredients for guilt-free super nutritious meals. The prices are very affordable for Aspen. There are many gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. I had the mushroom soup and shrimp and both were delicious. Highly recommended for a yummy lunch or dinner without breaking the bank 👌👌👌 The service is really good too - the servers are lovely young ladies who will not rush you.”

“This was the best meal we had in Aspen this weekend. We started with the deviled eggs and dips duo starters and they were really good. The chips were hot and they brought some extra chips to finish the dips off. My wife got their macho salad. It was very pretty and she liked it. I got the gulf coast style fish sandwich. The only thing I would change on this sandwich is the amount of Cole slaw they put on it. It was hard to taste the fish with all of the slaw on it. The service was fast and friendly.”

“WOW!!!!! A must eat at in Aspen! The sushi was absolutely incredible, beautifully prepared, it was almost too pretty to eat! Drinks were incredible, get the cilantro margarita it was the best I’ve ever had, service was impeccable! We sat at the bar downstairs and were waited on by an awesome bartender who was so attentive even though he was so busy. He was so knowledgeable and helped with all of the ordering. Can’t say good enough things about our dining experience here. Oh! And Nobu Matsuhisa himself was there that evening which was really really cool. Will be back in Aspen, Vail, and Denver!”

“7908 is one of my favorite restaurants in Aspen. I have lived in Aspen for about a year and a half and have tried most of the highly recommended restaurants in the area. Many are both overpriced and overrated. This is is NOT the case for 7908. The service is fantastic, the cocktails are creative (and DELISH!) and the FOOD is a culinary experience not to be missed. Two of my favorite things on the menu are octopus and the seasonal watermelon salad. If you want expected and very good, “basic,” choose “the steak house” but if you want creative, unexpected textures, flavors and presentation, 7908 is THE place to find it! A side note: 7908 is the elevation of Aspen. Enjoy!”
