“Food and service were fine. Small but funny gripe: what's with the stingy napkins? We asked for more napkins because we were trying to clean up after our child and we were given TWO pitiful pieces of non-absorbant paper. Just two. We wanted to help clean up after ourselves but were forced to leave our mess. If it's a cost savings effort, 15 cents was saved but what about the labor to clean the booth?”

Updated to 5 stars! THANKS! Dec 2018: Sandwiches are delicious but this location is notorious for ignoring details on online pickup orders. Repeatedly ask for a normal 7 Mike's way (nothing difficult) with jalapenos added and about 50% of the time they don't put any even after I add "please don't forget the jalapenos" in the notes. Super frustrated. Staff needs to be trained to pay attention to order details.”

Love the everything bagels made like no others I've ever had anywhere along with pizza bagels for lunch or a snack..very good variety of bagels sandwiches and plenty of other interesting thing's! “Came here with a group of 5 and after a short wait we were able to sit together even during the busy lunch hour on a weekend. Parking was easy. Lot and premises were neat and clean. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable. My food came medium fast and was tasty and reasonablly priced. I like this chain and rely on it for getting together with friends for casual meals, both lunch and dinner. I have only had good experiences here and recommend it for a break from the usual fast-food places.”

“I had recently used Subway's mobile app (great app) to order a sandwich. Basically I wanted it ready when i showed up so I could just grab it and go. Well.....I got delayed at work numerous times - The owner of the franchise called me and asked me if I would like him to deliver it. Said it was no problem, didn't want to accept a tip.... We could all take a lesson in customer service from this guy. Great work, he'll always have my business.”
