“Panera just keeps getting better on so many fronts that benefit us, and that seem to elude the general public: 1) Service. Manager Tiffany goes above and beyond answering every question with no push back, a smile, and the information being asked for. Service at this Enfield branch is very good. 2) Her staff--like Elaine--reflect her friendly, helpful, empathic service. 3) And, here's my biggie for the day--their butter croissant has NO CANOLA oil, so the all-butter breakfast treat comes with NO health risks. 4) All of their food choices post calorie content, so, although, I might have opted for the chocolate croissant rather than the plain butter one, I had the choice to save 120 calories--which this time, I did. 5) You can get a chicken salad with no chicken, replaced with avocado, for the same price. Goodness in a bowl. 6) The coffee is always fresh, and you don't have to jump through hoops or see stars to get perks and bonuses for loyalty--like a free refill--which is always your option at every Panera. What's not to like! I find myself booking most business 1 to 1's at Panera for all of the above reasons.”

“It was raining and the drive through had a huge line. Fortunately the staff was very effective and I was barely waiting for two minutes with ~4 cars in front of me. Drive through server understood my order (which can be difficult with the speakers/microphone). My iced coffee was decently mixed and made perfectly.”

We had mocha iced coffee and Carmel swirl ice coffee and are both pleased. Excellent selection of donuts- especially for a Saturday afternoon.”
