The pizza was amazing and this is coming from New Yorkers who are snobs to pizzas outside of NY. :-) We had a regular cheese pizza and, yes, a cheeseless pizza with lots of veggies. “The pasta with meatballs is very delicious. The salad tastes okay, but the cucumbers and olives are horrendous and they don't give me enough tomatoes. The pizza is god damn awful. Although it is warm, there is no care in the presentation. The cheese falls off, the sausage feels undercooked, and the pizza pie is uncut. The crust is the only edible piece of the meal. The garlic bread is too small but very delicious. The woman on the phone needs a new job, as she constantly gets orders wrong. She is likely mentally challenged, or as I call it, autistic. The delivery people must drive like madmen, as they always crush the boxes. The chicken tenders with fries is the only 5/5 star meal and the fries are greasy. The marinara sauce is liquids but good. However, it must be in a separate container, as when in the same container as the chicken, it spills and makes me very hard and angry.”

“My husband and I frequent the Patty Cakes in Glastonbury for breakfast and special occasion cakes. We are NEVER disappointed! The breakfast sandwiches are the best! When we got married, we knew there was only one place to have our wedding cupcakes made. The staff at the Rocky Hill store (where we placed the order) was just as courteous and they took the time to understand our needs for our wedding. They were flexible with the type of cupcake (we picked three flavors) and the decorations. On the day of, the cupcakes were a hit with our guests and we loved our small cutting cake. We are definitely looking forward to having more at our one year anniversary and we'll certainly continue to visit both locations in the future.”

“My husband and I brought our family to Sakura Garden (18 family members) the day before Easter. The restaurant was extremely busy due to the holiday. We had made reservations in advance and were very pleased that when we arrived we were taken care of immediately. Sometimes when restaurants are busy like they were this particular day, you can be a little frazzled, but they were NOT at all "frazzled", conversely, the service and servers were very pleasant and professional and quick. This was our first experience at Sakura Garden, and they far exceeded our expectations! The management and staff are right on point in terms of Customer Service. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The food was AMAZING and the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I are also business owners and Customer Service is very important to us. Our family chose to do the Hibachi experience and it was incredible. We also had a couple of small children with us and the Hibachi cooks were not only attentive to the adults, but the children as well.
