“Recently visited with my wife and 3 year old. We were extremely impressed and happy with our overall experience. Our waitress Nancy was absolutely amazing! She got our little guys lo mein out to him very quickly without us having to ask. She was also extremely attentive and friendly. Our food was amazing as well. Our son devoured his large serving of chicken lo mein (no veggies), the sushi rolls were very good, the hot and sour soup was arguably some of the best I've ever had and the black pepper chicken was definitely the best I've ever had. Overall, we loved the food and Nancy helped make our overall experience a great one. We plan to definitely go again in the future!”

“Just got take out on a weekday lunch hour. Nice clean store, super friendly staff (everyone said thanks once I picked up my order), fair prices and fast turnaround time. We got a Southside sandwich (roast beef piled high delicious with a lot of juice), bulgogi with a side of pickled vegetables (tasty, AND takeout bulgogi in Cheshire? Yes please). Really loving the variety and atmosphere here. Will be coming here many times in the future.”

“Very good for experience for a new restaurant that just opened with new staff training. The atmosphere is very nice it's in the old Austrian restaurant/kiss Cafe however the owner has added a very attractive looking bar sitting area on the side with a couple of large TVs and plenty of sitting area. There are still many sit-down tables in the two other areas of the restaurant. There was some ambient lighting and the overall atmosphere was nice. We really enjoyed the variety of the menu, from appetizers to salads to entrees there are some great flavors to be had. I enjoyed the chicken wing sauces, and our calamari was very nice. Our entrees are also very flavorful with excellent portion sizes. We also had drinks- we noticed that they were pouring very generous amounts of wine which is nice to see. Staff are working extremely hard with limited numbers, and even then the ordering experience was pretty painless and we didn't seem to wait too long for the food to come out. Have to also mention the hours at the moment seem to be very generous it seems that most days they're open from 11:00 until late at night-- seems to be a good place to go to get drinks after work and a bite to eat. We live nearby and I'm very happy to see a place in this spot and we will be coming back soon. Please be patient while everything is getting up and running. We wish them all the best”

“If you want good sushi, this place has it. I can only speak to the takeout given the circumstances but the food is always really tasty and good quality as well as ready quickly. I've also had their pork katsu and enjoyed that a lot too. I haven't sampled their whole menu but this is our go-to given its quality and proximity. Would definitely recommend. “I had had multiple people rave about Joey's to me, and having gotten food from here a few times now, I'm raving too! I ordered in person once, and on Doordash the second time and both were a breeze. The falafel is the best I've ever had (which is saying something considering it's one of my favorites), every item I've had tastes fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and outstanding. Very, very reasonably priced as well considering how quality everything is. I'm very glad to have this breath of fresh air in town and will be telling others about Joey's!”
