Decent food. The space itself it very cramped for ordering and for eating, and the employees aren't very outgoing or helpful during the ordering process (especially for a first visit when you have to acclimate to new food options). The food itself it unique and very good, however. Best if ordered take-out.
One of the best places to go get a healthy meal.
My personal favorite is
Kale bowl, no noodles
Furu sesame and jaja sauce
Tofu
Bean sprouts
Long beans
Bean threads
Scallions
Cilantro
Chilli oil
Ordered the beef & cucumber bing, which as you can see for ~ $6 is like the size of a small burrito. The ratio of meat is good. The beef is really juicy and added lots of flavor to this roll, and along with the vegetables and other added ingredients made me devour this in just a few bites. Pretty fast to order, and supports snackpass, but might be a bit pricey.
EDIT: Junzi promptly refunded my order on snack pass. As a regular customer, I appreciate you all making things right. Thank you.
I ordered on snack pass. There was no beef in my bowl, no bean sprouts, no kale, no pickled daikon. I literally paid $11 for a bowl of noodles and fancy sauce.
Got the knife-cut noodles with pork, assorted veggies, and tomato egg sauce. The sauce was way too salty. Did not taste authentic either.
Plus side: generous portions, ability to build your own, white rabbit candies by check-out
