    One of my new favorite restaurants in New Haven!! The food is absolutely delicious. We got a variety of dishes to share and each one was better than the next! Great options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. I will be back again and again -- HIGHLY recommended!

    I highly recommend this spot! Great upscale Indian food with amazing service. We sat outside and it was a peaceful, perfect meal. We had the chili chicken (pictured), crispy okra, and Hakka noodles. I lived in India for 2 years and can safely say that this is the best Indian food I have had in the area

    The best food, service, and atmosphere! I absolutely love this place. Everything is just amazing. I have a feeling I will be spending a lot of time here! The owner takes great pride in the food that is cooked (as evident in the freshness and authenticity of the spices), as well as the service ( which is top notch. Very friendly and personable. Waitress Alexis is an awesome asset to the restaurant! ) if you’re looking to experience authentic Indian cuisine in New Haven, then look no further than Lazeez. You won’t be disappointed!!!

    Where can I start from? amazing experience. Discovered this new place that has phenomenal menu. Takeout order was really easy and smooth. Pay at delivery or pick up so that's really good no need to do it online. When it comes to food. It's just the perfect combination of spices. Not salty, not over powering. Everything is cooked perfectly. Kudos to the amazing chef ?❤️person at the register was really nice and helpful. Interior design of this place is on a whole different level ❤️they have outdoor seating even though it is not that big but very nice during beautiful weather. Please keep up the great work and good luck.

    Finally....!!
    I was so done with the Indian food scene in New Haven and then popped Lazeez...absolute gem! We had the malai chicken kabab, chilli chicken, chicken drumstick and the mixed fried rice and everything tasted heavenly!! The perfect balance between flavours without going overboard with the spices. Kudos to the chef!!Reminded me of Kolkata.
