“It was always a pleasure coming here for coffee and a donut or a sandwich and just sit and spend a couple of hours , but not too long ago I was in there with my friends enjoying coffee, and two fellows were in there very loud and one of them started swearing at me and then they got up and they left. my girlfriend was in there the other day having coffee and two ladies came in talking about the lottery , my girlfriend Reacted to one of the conversations that they were having and the lady turned around and told my girlfriend she was very negative thinking and she was very rude to her , so unfortunately it looks like my girlfriend and I will not be patronizing this donut shop too much longer, I got a donut today and it looks like there was a little green spot on it and the attendant told me that he thought it was a sprinkle, my girlfriend got a bagel and it tasted terrible she had to return it but they replaced her bagel. Please see what you can do to better enhance the environment of your lobby on 1399 Dixwell Ave. Thank you a very concerned customer who really doesn’t want to stop coming there for coffee but cannot take the chance if customers that come in there and sit Are going to swear at you and be rude to you people will just automatically get up and find another Dunkin Donuts to go to .”

“A great local coffee shop! Main Street Caffè has everything you could ever want in terms of a coffee house. They have an incredible selection of drinks, pastries, cakes and cookies. The Caffè also serves sandwiches and cooked lunches, and always have a great daily special. They have free wifi, plenty of tables and seating (including some very comfortable couches????), a great atmosphere with plenty of hometown feel to it, and everything is very clean and well maintained. Also serves as a very active community hub! The only unfortunate thing is that parking is a little tricky sometimes if it is packed. But there is plenty of parking very close by with sidewalks and crosswalks. Main Street Caffè deserves to be considered a local treasure, and it is absolutely worth your time to check it out!”

“Great example of McDonalds, big fan of the management and staff and the only place in the area that's open as late as they are. Bathrooms are always exceptionally clean and I've had too many excellent experiences with the employees being awesome with my kids. Would definitely recommend them for that if nothing else. Food is also always actually fresh and when there's a wait for something they actually tell you.”

“I ordered a happy meal within the walls of this eatery for the sole purpose of critiquing it’s food. The seats, however, must be mentioned in this review as well. I feel the need to include the dining facilities because the seats are more than uncomfortable. The part in which your posterior rests upon is plastic, while the back cushion is actually quite delightful. But the unevenness of comfort displayed throughout the entirety of your body is mildly infuriating. Furthermore, to add to the displeasure your experience in the building, the lights are ever so bright. One would think they have entered the realms of heaven, how bright those illuminating bulbs are. Even more like heaven, is the smell, oh, the angus beef patties and greasy fries’ odors are beautiful. And the food, it tastes like McDonald’s. Every McDonald’s tastes the same for the most part, with the exception of those in foreign lands. The service is well and thriving, and the drive-through is quick and strack. Overall, I’m feeling a light to decent 3/5 stars.”

“Highly Recommended. I needed a cake fairly short notice (the day before). Louise’s was celebrating 4 years in business. I was handed two slices of cake, one chocolate with a cannoli filling and one vanilla with strawberry and Bavarian cream as part of their celebration. Faced with a decision, I chose a cake with a layer of chocolate and vanilla with the strawberry Bavarian cream filling. Boy was that the best choice ever. It was not overly sweet. Which was preferable for me. The frosting was light and buttery. Every one loved the cake ????. No left overs either! Thank you Louise for the excellent service!”

This branch of Dunkin’ Donut is very close to the road and can be easily seen from a car in normal traffic. There’s also wheelchair accessible entrance and parking for the differently able.”
