We also tried the Guatemalan Fries they were something I never had in my life but will be back for more. Only thing I wish they had was a fountain soda machine. “Wonderful Gem of a Breakfast Spot a Bit off the Beaten Path. A friend and I stopped off at this place for breakfast in the midst of a long Sunday morning bike ride. What an oasis for such an event. The food and service were excellent. Scrambled eggs cooked just tender perfect with some nicely done bacon; not soggy and not too crisp. The hash browns were also done very well, not greasy, and tasty. My biking buddy had a pancake stack which he described as some of the best he has had on our journeys, and also said the sausage links were very good. The coffee was spot on. I will certainly return whether on a bike ride and otherwise. And I must mention again, that the service was so very attentive and caring. Prices are quite reasonable and I highly recommend if you are anywhere near East Windsor, CT. and the I-91 corridor. Certainly worth a 5-10 minute detour in that regard!”

“Fantastic new spot in town. We ordered the garlic knots, a neapolitan style (they have 3 styles to choose from) pepperoni pizza and a slice of their baked potato pizza. They do a great Neapolitan which happens to be our favorite style. Slices are huge and flavorful and all of the food came out super fast which is important when dining with kids. Our kids even devoured everything we ordered which is unheard of! Dining room and kitchen were very clean, and the staff were helpful when recommending their favorites. We will definitely be back!”

“We got take out and at first finding the place was confusing, as it’s in Odins lounge and doesn’t have visible signage until you get close, but it’s very good! We used to have to drive to Glastonbury for their pizza, but now it’s much closer! We had to wait a few minutes, which was to be expected without a reservation, but got seated in no time. Jennifer was on point as our waitress. Very efficient. She made sure we had everything that we needed and gave great suggestions. Let me tell you the food was absolutely delicious. Everyone absolutely enjoyed their meal. Let me tell you the vaccine drink definitely was my favorite. The calamari was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Definitely recommend this establishment you will not be disappointed.”

“Fantastic place. Not exactly a cafe per se. The service was great, and beer was nice and cold. The only "downside" is that they don't actually have food. You will need to order it over at Luna, which is attached and can be entered within the building. They have fantastic food thiugh if you do decide to order! Almost forgot that it is a very local bar where everyone seems to know each other. We were the outsiders, but I'm sure they'll remember us since my wife forgot her purse. Staff and other customers took to it to make sure her purse was behind the counter. Thank you!”

“I had a wonderful experience at Gran Cafe Coffee Lounge. The lounge itself is very clean inside and the staff is super friendly, they have plenty of parking in the back as well. I ordered a couple sweets and had an amazing sausage egg and cheese sandwich. The atmosphere is very relaxing and there is tons of comfortable seating to enjoy your coffee and breakfast.
