“These are the cutest donuts ever!!! Once you take a bite, the texture is really soft and chewy. The cereal one was my favourite, the crunchiness of the cereal balances out the rest of the donut. It’s also the prettiest one of you are going for aesthetics. Same with the pistachio. I saved one for the next day and it wasn’t as soft, so best to eat these the day of.”

“Holy cow! The pizzas at this place have so much character and personality! They're so unique but each one sounds delicious. Highly recommend if you have a pizza craving and want some quality tap beer to go with it!”

“First visit to new location with an out-of-town guest. A bit of warehouse feel, and staff is still learning the menu and specifics of what is on the menu. But overall good impression and will go back.”

“Very convenient way to get great food at amazing rates. I have been a lunch karma subscriber for 6 months or so. They have been hassle free and they have delivered steaming hot food right to my work place and recently to my home as well. I would whole heartedly recommend their diverse menu options and affordable rates to anybody who wants to eat a whole host of cuisines without it pinching their pockets.”

“Honestly very friendly staff and I respect the wait times as they get their feet under them. I'm gonna be honest, the chicken just doesn't live up to the hype. 🤷♂️ I just prefer a crunchy tender over the hand breaded kinda oily "Nashville Hot" style. The fries are pretty mid and flavorless. The cane sauce also wasn't as good as I thought. This has nothing to do with this establishment. It's a personal taste thing for me. I think Bojangles is wayyy better. The coleslaw had the most flavor to me. Lol”

“They basically only have chicken fingers and a chicken sandwich for entrees. They have homemade sauces, their special sauce which to me had a black peppery flavor and honey mustard that tasted mayo like to me. They have ketchup but not BBQ sauce which I found odd and I really think would have made it more enjoyable for me. I thought the chicken was good quality. The fries are a thin crinkle cut. Not a coleslaw fan so I can't comment on that. My favorite part of the meal (besides the little ice that's fun to chew) was the garlic bread. My 11yo thought it was the best chicken and fries he has had so we will likely be going back. The facility itself was new, bright and clean. Staff friendly. The parking lot lay out was strange to me. Looked like people were moving pretty quickly through the drive in but we dined in so can't say for sure. Definitely worth a try!”

“Mexican seafood at it's finest. Foods great service is good. We had the governor quesadilla super tasty. The chips and salad are very tasty as well. I'll be back, place is located behind the IHOP.”

“The owner was very pleasant on the phone & in-person when ordering & picking up the food. We ordered off of the lunch menu (pulled pork with coleslaw and fried chicken with mac-n-cheese). It came to a total of $18. Food was fresh, hot & delicious. Meat was tender & the sides were a good portion. The mac-n-cheese needs to be more cheesy & “gooey” imo. The cornbread muffin was perfect. The wait time was a reasonable 25 minutes & it was ready on time. Presentation of restaurant was very clean & good energy. The owners & their children were very kind & professional.”

“I went here for the first time today and I have to say it was an amazing experience. We sat at a regular booth just because it was our first time and don’t have much experience going to hibachi restaurants; so we were a little timid. We vowed that next time we come, if we enjoyed our time, that we would sit at the hibachi table. So next time we will be there! So much food for a great price. Staff is very attentive and friendly.”

“Amazing! Placed a last minute take out order and my food was ready relatively quickly. I ordered a bunch of mixed combo platters and everyone loved their order. Shahs’ rice is better than any other platter rice I’ve had. The lady at the register was so pleasant and helpful. Restaurant is nice and clean with plenty of sitting area. Portion sizes and price point is excellent. Highly recommend you check this place out.”

“Shaka Ramen 400 S. Ridge Ave. Middletown Like many people, I’ve been waiting for a Ramen shop to come to town for some time. Now that we FINALLY have one, I went in for the full treatment! For starters, I will say the restaurant is very cool on the inside, the decorating and graphics on the wall were all pretty impressive. The space is unrecognizable from its previous iterations of the taco shop and the cheese place. Second, the staff was super-friendly… like it was a place I’ve already been to 100 times. On to the food. They offer a combo which gives you a choice of one of the ramen bowls and an appetizer for $20. I went with the spicy ramen with pork and the Takoyaki. I also ordered a tornado potato ($3) and a taro tea to drink. I LOVED the ramen. For me, the noodles and pork were perfect, but what really won me over is the spicy broth. I like spicy, and frequently order things spicy but get served something that I don’t think is spicy at all. The other extreme is I’ll end up over emphasizing the “make it spicy” part and then get something ridiculous that I can’t eat. This was the perfect level of spicy for me. It had kick, it had heat, but 1) didn’t overpower everything else that I ate and 2) didn’t linger and make you want to constantly be drinking something the entire meal. The ramen was an excellent balance of spicy, savory broth and tender meat and noodles. The egg was also good (I added an extra). The Takoyaki was also very good. I wasn’t really sure what to expect. I had never had it before. It is kinda like a fish ball, but made with octopus instead. I like all kinds of sushi, but not a fan of octopus. I don’t like the texture when it comes to tako sushi. This was different. Maybe because it is chopped fine and mixed with other ingredients, but in any case I enjoyed it and the sauces drizzled on top made it even better. It is something that I will absolutely order again at some point, but I want to try some other things first. I will be back within a day or two for more spicy a ramen. I highly recommend it. If you are looking for something a little unique to try, I will recommend the Takoyaki. Something else I had never tried before was taro flavored tea. I’m a big fan of Thai iced tea and this is now my new favorite. Delicious! It is on the sweet side, so if you don’t like sweet drinks, this isn’t for you. But if sweet doesn’t bother you, I highly recommend giving it a try! Overall my experience was really very nice. They were rather busy, so it did take a little time for food to come out, but it wasn’t anything annoying. Maybe as much as 15 minutes, but no other issues. I’m anxious to try other appetizer options, but the ramen was so good the first time, I think I will stick with the spicy ramen with pork! Will be back within the week! The restaurant is located in one of the little strip malls next to Kohls. If you know where Green Turtle is, it is in the same building at the other end.”

“Wow, HIDDEN GEM!!! We stopped for a quick lunch and were absolutely blown away by the food, all made fresh to order. The chips and salsa were fantastic while we waited and the guacamole was so fresh and perfect. But the TACOS!! The corn tortillas are hand made to order and are absolutely the best we had ever tasted. We had asada, chorizo, pastor and carnitas--all delicious and full of flavor. The service was so kind and attentive. We SO happy this is now in the neighborhood!”

“I’ve had my share of cheesesteaks, but I have to admit this is one of the best cheesesteaks with fried onions and mushrooms that I’ve ever had! I did order extra meat, well worth the money. The roll was fresh and soft and absolutely a delicious sandwich!”

“Our whole family enjoyed the food and experience. Between us we had the panang curry, pad Thai, edamame, crispy fish, and crab Rangoon. Everything was great. We ate in for lunch, which worked fine even with impatient kids. The dining area was small but comfortable. The server was very pleasant. They seem to have more takeout business than dine in. Definitely recommended.”

“The food is okay. But I expected a bit more from this place. The samosas were good. Spring rolls and chai were a disappointment. Noodles were okay as well. Was expecting a lot more from this place. The ambience is okayish, a small place relatively. This is the first restaurant were I saw a service charge being levied on its own (15% for 2 people)”

“A nice small, clean, quite family run restaurant; As much as the vegetarian options are limited, that too for Indian taste buds but it’s still a very simple and nice experience to try rice, pancakes chillies and complimentary Orange’s in the end. Nice place for a change and, very clean and friendly environment. On a scale of 1-10 of experience will rate 8 and only because I am vegetarian so limited options and will rate 6 for vegetarian availability. Still I will go again and, recommend it too.”
