“A few years after the popular Patty's Deli and catering closed and moved to a bigger spot in Lewes, Spagnola's opened after much renovation. It looks great inside, a picnic table outside. The owner was very nice and hospitable and the cheesesteak I ordered was delicious, hit the spot. We were staying at a nearby Tru Hotel by Hilton by Route 13 in Georgetown. I definitely want to come back again and try something else.”

“It's been a few days of travel since I have gotten a chance to eat real food so we decided to go here. Glad we did because it was a great experience. The service here is awesome, our server was very helpful and came to us quickly. They made our food exceptionally fast, I was concerned that it might have been nuked because of the speed but everything was evenly cooked and the hibachi cooking method was evident. Personally I think the food was too saucy for my personal preference, but the sauce was really good. The place was very clean and the ascetic was quaint. If you find yourself in this Parr of the world check this out.”

“Just got done eating lunch and it was delicious! Not only that, but the service here is excellent! Always polite, always smiling. Knowing they’d be extra busy today (March 29 Day of Giving), they had 15 people behind the counter! And when we were leaving, one of the young men who worked there held the door open for us and everyone told us to have a great day. That’s what Customer Service should be like everywhere! Some local businesses and restaurants (not naming names!) should take a lesson from Jersey Mike’s!”

“Lolos might be a small place, but dont be fooled by it, they have amazing food and even more amazing staff. I order every week from them and they always make my orders to perfection. Amazing soups, burgers and fries, subs and sandwiches, and did i mention Super Amazing Wings. In addition, the only use top quality Boar's Head Brand meats and fresh wings etc. Quality does matter and they deliver big time. Make sure to hit them to and from the ⛱️ beach you will be glad you did.”

“What a great and creative restaurant! The dressed oysters were some of the best I’ve ever had. Drinks were so unique (had a martini with olive brine foam and nori… a twist on a dirty martini). My favorite thing we tried was the savory lobster French toast and my husbands were the crab hush puppies. Our server was also helpful in giving advice for how much food we should order (just apps vs large plates). Overall it was a great experience.”

“Wow! So good! Had a Plain Smash Burger (American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion) and it was truly one of the best burgers I have ever had. The beef patties are made from a blend of steaks and were perfectly cooked. The boardwalk fries were fabulous. My husband had the Birria Crunch Wrap (slow braised beef, fresh made guacamole, etc.) and could not stop raving about it. I snuck a bite and was blown away by how delicious it was. The restaurant itself was wonderfully renovated and has such a cool feel and ambiance. It’s two levels (a bar on each) with plenty of booths and tables. The second floor has a terrific view of Rehoboth Ave. and you can even see the ocean while dining if you get a high top table near the windows. Plus live music on the second floor on Friday and Saturday nights. Rehoboth is a wonderful dining town and Tiki Jac’s is such a welcome addition. Can’t wait to come back again!”

“BBQ in Rehoboth! Hallelujah! Loved Downtown Blues! First, the design, atmosphere and ambiance of this restaurant is fantastic. Second, the customer service was top notch. Everyone from the hostess to the waiter to the manager were so cheerful and friendly. And last, but certainly not least, the food...WOW was it good! We started with the crab dib appetizer (delish!) and got a full rack of ribs to share with mac and cheese and mashed potatoes as the sides. The BBQ sauce (which we added to our ribs at the table) was the perfect mix of sweet and savory. Oh, and did I mention that complimentary corn bread and butter is included. Overall, I was super pleased with my first visit and can't wait to come back to try some of the other items on the menu. Downtown Blues is a fantastic addition to Rehoboth Beach!”

“Had a delicious breakfast this morning - ended up going with the Kielbasa omelette with tomato slices on the side and whole wheat toast. Omelette was quite filling and tasty. Other side options include home fries or grits. Service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing. Would highly recommend this place for breakfast and glad there is another breakfast option in the area. There is also a large outdoor area that looks great for when the weather is nice.”

“Great beer, I loved their hazy IPAs, and their heavy stouts were also standouts. It is a nice taproom with a view to the production area. Only complaint was the board only gave the name of the beer under a category, so for instance there were about 10 beers just listed as IPA. Place was hopping due to an event the day we were there.”

“This is basically Bangkok Thai - I thought it was different than them, but you walk into Bangkok Thai to pick up your order. I had ordered from there before and the experience was the same this time. Order pickup time was great, and I was in and out within 2-3 minutes. The food is definitely tasty, but they are not generous at all with the amount of meat included in the dish. I paid more to get duck, but there were only a few pieces in the dish. My wife likes Chinese and has not been a great fan of Thai, but she enjoyed her dish. My last comment is about portions. When I pay close to $20 at a good Chinese restaurant in the area like Wu's, I get good food and have more than enough left over to enjoy the next day. Here, the portion seems to be adequate for one meal. It may just be that Thai is more expensive than Chinese, but it's worth considering.”

“I ordered the healthy yogurt bowl and the green latte. The yogurt bowl was fantastic. The yogurt is made in house! And you can definitely tell! The granola on top was the perfect sweetness with a bit of crunch but not too hard. Strawberries were perfectly ripe and sweet but still firm. The blackberries were so good as well. There was a little drizzle of honey and overall it was the perfect sweetness and it wasn’t too sweet! The portion was perfect and I left feeling so full but it was healthy so it didn’t make me feel tired at all:) I would definitely go here again to grab that bowl. The decor was lovely to look at and they displayed real flowers on the table. Lovely place. Second time there: the beet latte and the guacamole were SO good. This place does not disappoint! They continue to serve fresh and equally beautiful food. Love this place :)”

“Hubby and I have been wanting to check this place out for years and thankfully the stars finally aligned a couple of weeks ago when we were in the area. We stopped by a little after lunch time and got 1/2 rack of ribs to share, baked beans, cole slaw, corn bread and a hot dog for our golden retriever. The 1/2 rack of ribs was colossal and felt like it weighed a couple of pounds - hubby and I could barely finish 1/2 of them. I usually am not a big fan of dry rubs but Smokin D'z changed all that in one bite, I did get a couple of their wet sauces for dipping and both were delicious, my favorite was the spicier one though. All of the sides were absolutely amazing and the corn bread was warm and moist. Hubby snuck a bite of our pup's hot dog and both agreed it was the bomb. The sweet tea is also a must. We actually enjoyed this place so much that we stopped back the next day on our way back home to Baltimore to pick up some more ribs and sides. Pretty sad they are now closed for the season since we'll be back down at the end of the month but we will be counting the days till they reopen in 2022. The staff here goes above and beyond and there are lots of covered outdoor seating and on the weekends they even have a live band plus there's a produce stand in the same lot if you need to pick up some fresh fruits and veggies.”
