The Smith

The food was decent here at The Smith. We ordered the Mac and Cheese for our appetizer and the salmon toast and French toast for our entrees. The Mac and Cheese was clearly the best of what we ordered from the menu, as the other reviews on here no doubt indicate. The French toast however did not impress. The edges were sightly burnt, and the bananas were over fermented to the point of giving off a rotten banana flavor. The texture was also way too mushy. The salmon toast also left me wanting. It just wasn't seasoned enough, and thus was lacking in flavor. Even some extra sea salt would've helped. All in all, I was impressed with the Mac and Cheese but it's not enough to make me return.

First time. Great food. Loud, but I was okay with it because we were there for a festive reason. Definitely, will do it again! The black and white theme is magical!

It was a place we had been meaning to try. The service was good and they were polite on the phone. The food was just a little under par. My Brick chicken was over cooked to the point I couldn't eat part of it, but the mashed potatoes it sat upon were good. My wife's food was adequate for lack of a better word. We didn't have a bad experience, but we left without the need to tell people to check it out.

I had the bar steak and eggs and my boyfriend had the pancakes. Steak and eggs were delicious! And my boyfriend loved his pancakes that came with ricotta. They served complimentary bread and butter before the meal and we ordered cappuccinos which were delicious! I wish I had a picture to share but I was enjoying myself and my company. The service was attentive and staff were very friendly! I will come back here for brunch again! I recommend making a reservation. I luckily made one for a Sunday afternoon and they were quite busy.

I can only leave a review for the orders we've been receiving through Caviar, which are consistently amazing.

The food is pricey, but well worth it. The smoked gnocchi is incredible, and the burgers are top notch.

From what I can tell, customer service is also super mindful and accommodating. We requested gluten free pasta for the gnocchi, and someone was courteous enough to reach out and call us to let us know that the dish wouldn't quite be the same since they didn't have gluten free -gnocchi-, even though the app gave us the option.
