Cozy, intimate and full of neighborhood customers (regulars). Friendly and casual. Lots of natural light and windows. The food is good and service is attentive, but nothing exceptional. Dining areas need to be modernized - stuck in the 1990s. Great place for a spring lunch (you can eat outside) or a Sunday dinner. Menu is extensive - something for everybody, so OK to bring grandma here.
The zucchini encrusted sea bass was a melody of various, subtle flavors. The service was friendly, unrushed, an excellent. The atmosphere is romantic with a European flair. If we lived in DC we'd return regularly. It was a great place to spend New Years Eve.
Wonderful restaurant in a hip area. Service and atmosphere were good. Definitely recommend the Rack of lamb entree with the cauliflower dish for a side!
Feels cozy, but a bit disjointed. The decor could use some updating. The food is good. The presentation pleasing. Also good choice on the wine list.
Excellent service excellent food. The entree did not come with anything except weird sides that I could not identify for the most part. Something that sort of look like a brain and a couple other things that looked like applesauce. Probably a little too fancy than I am used to.
