When I walked in, I was greeted with the biggest hello and smiles from both Nico and Rosie, the husband and wife owners. They were personable and were willing to answer any questions about their business and products. It was a clean space, and everything was made right in front of the customers. My only critique is that the music was a little loud, which made it hard to focus sometimes during conversations. Other than that, it was an environment filled with good vibes!

My family and I ate there today. The food was amazing!!! If you are looking to eat a delicious healthy treat this is the place. Rosie and Nico were so kind and friendly! Definitely will be back.

I've known Nico and Rosie since they opened the store, and they are wonderful people who provide a wonderful place to relax and get something that will make you feel good. I have been a faithful and consistent customer since this nutrition shop came to our area in February of this year! The owners are exceptional. Kind. FUN! Welcoming. They definitely are knowledgeable on their product but do so in a not pushy way. The music is great! Vibes are LIT! My favorite thing is the culture created welcomes differences and its beautiful!
