“Food and atmosphere are absolutely fantastic!! They have just opened and are still calling this a “soft” opening. They don’t have wait staff come to the tables, you have to go to the bar and counter to order which makes it feel like a deli. We weren’t able to enjoy our time together at dinner because we were constantly getting up to order or go get drinks. If they hire more staff and are able to serve you at the tables this would be a 5 star review. However, everything we ordered was really good!! Highly recommend the burgers.”

“The food was pretty good, I enjoyed their fish tacos, and the fried green tomatoes were surprisingly good. I was disappointed with the "drive thru" process that they have(22min wait for our food) going on there. I would advise proper time management if planning on using their drive-thru, but I can tell you that I look forward to trying more of their food.”

I just have to mention that those buffalo tenders has to be the most tenderest of all chicken tenders. They were so good. I had two plates of those. “Went to dinner here before walking across the street to watch a live band. Chicken wings were oven baked and had the perfect amount of heat for us. Our pizza arrived in about 15 minutes and was very good. Everything was made fresh to order, and the staff was busy keeping the place clean. My only complaint is that I wish they wouldn't close our bill when we ordered. I would have liked to order more drinks but it seemed a mute point and walked over to the brewery. Very good pizza.”

“Perfectly yummy! The atmosphere is charming. Exposed brick walls greet you with antique doors hanging on the walls, soft background music, and friendly staff with a smile. The fresh looking courtyard with pavers and privacy fence outback is private enough for a couples lunch enjoyed in the sunshine or a group of friends getting together on a day trip to the springs. The press to handcraft the bread spins is located just behind the counter. I am sure my kids would enjoy seeing the process of making them from scratch then transferring them to the wooden spindles for baking. A variety of spins are available to tempt the tastebuds! I tried the apple curry egg salad spin with a side of potato salad and chips. Wow! It was delicious. I ordered an apple pie spin to go and no I did not share! A new favorite local spot. “Proof that delicious and fresh gas station chicken is possible! We tried the family Cajun tender meal for the first time a few weeks ago when we just couldn’t bring ourselves to cook and we were blown away by how good it was. Everything was hot and fresh, the chicken and sauces were delicious and the price was right. We’ve gone back several times since then and have always had a good experience. The biscuits are ridiculously good and almost qualify as biscuit candy. Do yourself a favor and try them out! You won’t be disappointed.”

“I've been going to Alice's for years. Even though Alice and Lola have passed on the food continues to still be delicious. Be sure to order one of their biscuits, they are homemade served hot and are yummy. My personal favorite is the breakfast croissant sandwich with crispy bacon, egg over medium( that way the yoke gets in all the cracks of the croissant) & crispy hash browns and a cup of fresh hot coffee. They have some booths but mostly table's. There is a table to your left as you walk in where anybody can sit together. If you're new in town or just by yourself, come in as a stranger and leave as a friend. There is only one problem for me that I don't like and that is, Alice's does not serve breakfast after 11. The next time you're in High Springs, pop over to Alice's”

“My husband and I were referred to this restaurant by a local service provider in High Springs regarding their half price burgers on Tuesday. With it being a Tuesday and our business done, we went right over. Upon entering, we were impressed by the warm, rustic atmosphere. Soon thereafter, we were seated at a substantially sized, immaculately clean table for two. After perusing the menu, we settled on an appetizer of wings and a cheeseburger with fries all of which we split between the two of us. The burgers are a solid half pound of meat each so sharing is a great option. Everything was cooked to perfection. Paired with a draft from there respectable selection of beers on tap, we had quite the feast. Also, the wait staff was friendly and attentive. We will definitely be going back soon. “I went to a wedding reception at the Opera House this past weekend and it was fantastic! First, the space is beautiful, it has so much character that you wouldn't even need to decorate too much to make it look great! Second, the food was some of the best food I've ever had at a wedding. They served lobster ravioli, beef tenderloin, and chicken parm; all of which were amazing! Lastly, the staff was friendly and super attentive, they made sure everything from food service to bar service went smoothly and efficiently. I wish they catered outside events so we could have their food for our wedding!”

“This place was so delicious and they were more than accommodating. I only ended up paying 13$ and they brought me an endless veggie hash they call the hippie hash. That plate of food was so good and filling, I even had a good portion left that I took home. Also my girlfriend got a flavor packed tomato soup that was to die for, not to mention the bisctos that complimented the soup! I'm still mesmerized by the quality to price ratio in this place, it's definitely one of my new favorite hidden treasures. It's between three major national parks so if you happen to be near by it's definitely worth a small detour!”
