The staff is friendly to all groups and regardless of color, race, creed, or serial orientation. The service is above 5 stars. “Really glad I found Poké Olu! I was craving poke and came across this new poke option, and it did not disappoint. Everything tasted delicious and fresh - the ahi was great and I loved the Tomato Kimchi salad (super unique!). The bowl options were very healthy - I especially liked the radish and pickled onion. The olu sauce on the Ahi was really good and worked great with the rest of the bowl. Excited to order again to try more of the add-ons.”

I suggested Firehouse Subs (this was the very first one I ever went to ~8 years ago). We ordered, told the staff the soda machine was out of a particular drink (which they fixed in minutes) and had a really good lunch.”

“Heat the patties please. They are cold when I get them. Apart from that the customer service is good. Never too crowded and the wait time is average. I love the soup. Although I appreciate them filling it to the top, it doesn't transport well in my car if I am driving alone so I have to try to drink a good portion myself before I can travel with it. That can take awhile, especially if you are in a rush because it is hot as France, but I prefer hot soup than cold. I would suggest getting better quality spoons. It is hard to cut through dumplings with those flimsy spoons and they are too short for a large soup. I understand that it may cost more money, but I hope some day they can use less plastic and more Eco friendly options, so we can all help the environment. Overall though, good food and service.”
