They remember you, your order and Manager gives her number to regulars so you can call ahead for orders. These people are living proof of the American Dream. I wish I could them 100 stars. I would drive an extra 10 miles just to give them my business over a DD close by. You get the neighborhood coffee shop feel alongside the DD brand. “Recommend! I had dinner here 2 weeks ago and the meal prep crew is the best! One of the best I've ever seen at any Panera. I am so mad I didn't get their names! They were 2 young African-American men and the did an excellent presentation with our meals. Our cashier on the other-hand....needs to get seriously trained on how to speak to her co-workers and customers. I am still giving 5 stars because everything else was fantastic except for our cashier.”

Great place for intimate events. I would definitely consider it for a little girls/young ladies party as they will love having a "Real" Tea Party! “This place is AMAZING. capital AMAZING!!!. Me and my husband have come here everyday since our first time. The staff are very accommodating. More than I should say. I called a little after hours for a couple of ginger shots (AMAZING) and turmeric shots (DELICIOUS) and realized they were closed and the 2 gentleman that were there ask how far I was and to come on by for my shots. I’ve also had a couple different types of their paninis (Cuban, turkey, and chicken salad) they were so good and filling. My son had a strawberry banana smoothie and said it was one of the best smoothies he’s ever had. EVERYTHING IS FRESH!!!!. Highly recommend.”

Didn't get the 5th star because the portion has gotten smaller from previous times and didn't come with the large Peruvian corn kernels, nor lime or lemon wedges. The waitress was friendly and accommodating and the bathroom was clean and well stocked... only downside is the parking which can be a bit dangerous seeing as Sylvia's was so packed that there is not enough parking spots.
