Sweet's Diner II

This wasn't my first time at this location, but it is the first time I've left a review. I finally tried one of their pile ups - the southern one with the country fried steak, and I was very pleased. The food was terrific, the price for the volume of food you received was extremely reasonable, and the server was so attentive to our needs that you would've assumed the restaurant was packed and she was trying to rush us out. Not the case, but she was that conscious of checking in and making sure we had what we needed.

The only downside is that parking can be horrendous because there simply isn't enough considering how popular they are and the location is super tiny so this isn't a place you should go if you want your conversations to be private.

In summary, this place just has good, old fashioned home cooking and strong customer service, but be prepared to fight for a parking spot, you may be standing and waiting for a seat during their rush times, and there's no space for privacy.

My boyfriend and I go here a lot. It's a small place, but very friendly staff and excellent food. Server is always there to refill our drinks. Quick and efficient . Had the breakfast quesadilla with ham, green peppers and onions with 2 eggs and salsa and sour cream on the side. Yummy! Will be there again soon.

An excellent breakfast and lunch place to get some good comfort food. This is a small cozy diner that is always busy and packed. My favorite breakfast is one of their pile ups. It is huge so either share with a friend or take what’s left to go. Awesome biscuits, great coffee and super cheese grits. Sweets is very sweet.

This place is AMAZING! Hot food good prices and amazing staff! The owners are amazing! And you will always love what you order. Try something new because this place can cook! 10/10 recommend this place.

Amazing little diner we found on a road trip vacation. Everything from the diner to atmosphere and the staff to the food is spot on. This has to be the friendliest bunch that we have ever met.

The food is absolutely delicious and you better bring your appetite as there is no such thing as a little portion here. The service was impeccable, we never wanted for anything.

The locals were just as friendly!
