Great bbq options and a decent craft selection with fairly consistent flavor. They have 4 sauce options per table so you can choose how sweet, tangy, or spicy you want to make whatever you ordered. Only complaint is that the chicken was dry, but their pulled pork and ribs were great.

Loved loved loved this restaurant. The meat is smoked in the kitchen and was tender and delicious. We ate lunch here by chance one day and returned the next day to be able to experience it one more time before we left Crystal River. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Great dinner at Hardwood Smokehouse! We had the brisket chili, babyback ribs, and burnt ends brisket. Everything was prepared perfectly and the staff were so pleasant and attentive. My only suggestion would be to offer real butter for the awesome hoecake. (We all ate the entire hoecake, so even without butter, delicious!)

Very good! We had the ribs, which were tender, just the right amount of smoke, large and meaty. And the sides were also very good- nice to have a bowl of home made coleslaw instead of a thimble sized cup! Nice, fresh baked sweet potato, smoky green beans, onion rings, all good. Portions are large, prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, and our server was a delight. We will definately be back to try more of the menu items.
