Great location, great staff, and great fresh fish! Just be careful that a lot of dishes are fried, so read the menu closely. But still delicious and a great atmosphere! Right on the water!

First time there and I love it. A little hard to find but worth the effort. My wife ordered the Alaska King Crab legs, two large legs packed full. I ordered the low country boil. All I can say is come hungry. It's awesome. Our new favorite place in Crystal River.

The deli was awesome and they loaded us up with samples like we were at Costco. The pretty gal that was helping us make selections also gave us some local kayaking tips for three sisters. We ended up having dinner I had the low country boil which was excellent.

The crab plant is a cash only place that has great food and good service. The liquor is very reasonable. The building is old and could use some work, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. We will be returning. You get a good amount of seafood at a reasonable price.

My husband and I love The Crab Plant! They have the best grouper sandwich in Citrus County but everything on the menu is fresh and delicious. The owner is great and the service staff is always on point. They accept cash only so be sure to be prepared for that or you can use their ATM. This spot is tucked back off the main drag so it's not a place you will just happen upon, rather its a local hot spot for fresh seafood in a casual and friendly atmosphere. They have a seafood market on site as well! Oh, plus it is right on the water!
