“The food was good. The restaurant was freezing to the point that I had to ask the staff to turn the A/C up. Despite ordering from the kiosk and taking a number as instructed, there was no table service and our food just set up on the counter for almost 10 minutes before having to go get it. The management was unresponsive to customers. For this establishment to be in the Fleming Island neighborhood, I expected much better interpersonal skills between staff and customers.”

“We had the best time every had at a restaurant today! We had 4 of our kids with us, one of whom was an infant. We asked to push 2 tables together to fit all of us. They said we were welcome to, but if we wanted we could sit in their private party room. That was so nice and worked out perfectly. The infant was able to lay on the table while we ate and he had a great time. The other kids had a blast playing in the room and not disturbing other diners. The food was so good and the desserts were even better! The service was amazing, the ladies who were working were so thoughtful. We will be going again!!”

“There was an accident tonight with an older gentleman, he was bleeding profusely from his head and arms from a fall in the Walmart. The manager at this McDonalds, Billy Foster, jumped to the rescue without hesitation and helped this man no questions asked. He stayed with him and tried to stop the bleeding until the paramedics arrived. He has restored my faith in humanity!”
