“When you see a 4.7 or higher rating on businesses don't hesitate to go. However, this is my second viscous biscuit that I've been to. I've been to the one in South Carolina and now this one in JAX. They are on par the same when it comes to the service and the food. This is by far my most favorite breakfast restaurant of all time. I'm always craving it. Please do yourself a favor and get the bird and the Belgian with a side order of candied bacon. It's is so delicious. Please see pictures below of my order. “1st time here. Was greeted by a smile and a warm "Be with you in just a minute". They were busy, which worked in my favor as I needed to peruse the extensive menu. The young man taking my order offered some suggestions which I took. My Lettuce Wrapped Burger with Pepper Jack Cheese was excellent. As an ice tea lover I was a little disappointed they didn't brew tea on site. However, I ordered the half & half tea. It was very good. Will definitely be back to try more items on the menu.”

“What a hidden gem!! You might never notice it because it's adjoined to the hotel, but oh my gosh, it is GREAT. Our server Jeremy was attentive and conversational (but not at all intrusive on our date night), the food was fantastic, the cook is from Italy, and the pricing was very reasonable. A large supreme pizza, garlic knots, a beer and a crown/sprite for like $28. Pizza was not at all greasy, and there wasn't an excessive thickness of crust that fills you up on bread. We also had 3 leftover slices and a knot left over for another day. The garlic knot was just as good when eaten as a cold leftover which is saying something for bread. We are definitely going back to enjoy stellar food, have a good time, and support a local business!”

I have been here for brunch, lunch, and dinner all of which were superb. From their coffee to their kiwi cocktail there is a great selection of drinks at any meal. Our entire table ordered the kiwi cocktail including my husband and we all loved it. The calamari appetizer is the best at the beach! Finally a restaurant with an attached outdoor bar with a big screen TV, live music, and open space at the beach!!!”

“I really enjoy the food and atmosphere here. I usually have the omelettes (along with grilled home fried potatoes and a grilled biscuit) and I must say that they are very delicious and big. They put a lot inside their omelettes, more than most places do. The staff is attentive and give friendly service to their diners. The atmosphere is bright and cheery. It’s nice to be surrounded by happy people enjoying each other’s company and of course their delicious meals. I go at least once a week and thankfully it is only a couple of miles away from where I live. It is a very popular place and it is always busy. There are a few tables and chairs outdoors if you like to dine outside when the weather is pleasant. (One day I’m going to have to try that!) Next time I go, I need to try their pancakes and I am sure they will just as delicious as their omelettes. I can’t wait until I go there again and that just might be next week!”

“Very charming little place. Love the people and the food. I saw a review that said the food has gone downhill while the price went up. I'm here to tell you that the food is excellent and the price, while a tiny bit higher, is still reasonable for the area. The people who work there are all pretty nice. The manager, Katie, is really sweet and makes sure everything is running smoothly and efficiently. I also love sitting in the courtyard in the evenings when there is a band. Great place! I will keep coming back and I will keep recommending it.”

I have some dietary restrictions and the Chef/Owner Christopher Polidoro took the time to work with me and customize a dish to meet my needs and preferences. His creativity and passion for beautiful cuisine that nourishes the body was evident. I ordered the snapper and it was hands down one of the best pieces of fish I have ever eaten. Doro works to source ingredients locally when possible and uses Wild Caught seafood. It felt great to be able to go out for dinner and know that the ingredients in my dish simple and clean and would not leave me feeling bad. I left feeling completely satisfied! Also did I mention they cook everything in olive oil instead of refined and progressed vegetable oil? That is so rare these days and so important for our health!”

“The pizza wasn't bad. The crust was really good as was the sauce. However, they're pretty skimpy on the sauce, the cheese, and the toppings. They dice up the toppings in little pieces and if they could be a little more generous they'd be serving serious gourmet Pizzas. On a more positive note, clean and unique atmosphere, good service and a really cool pizza oven. I'll give it a 5 star if next time we give them a try, they have bigger toppings, more sauce and more cheese ????”
