The cooks know how to cook instead of just quickly heating your food. The sweet tea is sweet, the waffles and chicken are delicious. “The staff here is usually pretty friendly, I had a few bed runs with a few rude employees, but nothing that we stop me from returning. The only bath thing I would say about this location is the usually stop taking cards at 3:00 a.m. and don't start taking credit cards again until 4:00 a.m.. I can't tell you how many times I've pulled up around 3 to 330 and had to leave because I didn't have any Cash. But again, the staff is usually very friendly, and most of the staff actually include mayonaise packets in my order when they see me because they know me, So it is a very welcoming experience, especially for a fast food place”

“I've been here many times. It's my favorite metro diner location. I love that's it's small. I have a thing for small cozy places. I love to sit outside at this location. Yes it can be overcrowded and busy sometimes. (also why I avoid sitting inside). The outdoor seats are not that comfortable but nonetheless I still enjoy sitting out there. The food is amazing! There was one time I went and my breakfast potatoes were just cooked chopped potatoes (no seasoning, not even salt). I wasn't impressed with the bland potatoes so now I make sure to ask that they be dressed up a bit. Otherwise the food is overall great and the service is exceptional!”

“Einstein's definitely has the BEST BAGELS IN JAX. These are the bagels you are craving with many types for example pumpernickel, poppy seed and cranberry. It's a trendy spot due to it's Riverside location across from Riverside Park which is on the St Johns River. There are numerous tables for dining and they do offer bagel sandwiches and of course flavored cream cheeses and various juices tea and coffee. The only negative is that there is only street parking and it's a popular area”

First off, this is only the second place in America that I've found that can make a TRUE flat white properly. Their baristas are exceptional. The food was outstanding as well. I had their take on the Cuban sandwich, which was on the same level as a Miami Cuban. Their nutella-banana waffle boat was delicious also! I will always come back her when I'm in Jacksonville!”
