PROPER BURGER Downtown

normally, I never have any problems. This place is always good… I always get a single burger and a kids meal(A meal which comes with a burger and fries). This time when I ordered the same exact thing again I get all the way home on 9 mile and I don’t have any fries just two burgers… call back up there obviously upset because I’m 20 minutes away And the lady tells me that I can come back and get my fries. You mean drive 20 minutes back down there to grab something that I paid for that should’ve been in the bag to begin with?!? Of course that pissed me off even more because where is the compensation? Where’s the “we’ll give you this because that was our mistake” or something so I just asked for my refund back for the kids meal..they tell me they don’t do refunds so I told them that they need to give me the whole entire kids meal over again, and they agreed… Now I have to go back down there cause this happened about 20 minutes ago, but I will come back and let y’all know how my experience went.

First time trying the burger. Had to go with the double of course. Cheese burger, proper sauce, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Full basket of fries to round out the meal. The fries were waffle style. Great seasoning mix they used. Only thing is, I wish it was a bit more crunchy. The burger was tasty with a right amount of sauce, condiments, and fixings. The pattys were juicy but it was messy. The grease and juices were running down the hands. The combo without drink will set you back almost twenty bucks. Does it top brown bagger or blue dot? No, but it is a tasty burger. 7.5 Chaus overall.

I've tried just about every burger available in Pensacola including Tops, Blue Dot, Sammy Barkers, Jerry's Drive-In, and Mugshots, and THIS is the ONLY place I wanted to go back to and have more!
I still have to try Sauce Boss and The Brown Bagger, but as a California boy misplaced on the East Coast, this is the closest thing to In N Out Burger that I have found East of the Mississippi

Atmosphere: The space is behind Vinyl Music Hall in a beautiful outside area with white tables covered with green umbrellas and an open bar area. At night, the space is lit up with bright pink lights.
Service: The food was prepared quickly, and we would get checked on when we ate.
Menu items: The menu is very simple with the choice of either a single or double burger and the option of getting waffle fries on the side. The drink options are in a cooler outside of the truck, and they serve Pensa-Cola sodas!

They have some of the best burgers in town. The meat was seasoned perfectly and melts in your mouth!🫶🏼

Great Burger & Fries with a really cool outdoor seating area. The B-side Bar at Vinyl Music Hall is located in the same area so you can get a great cocktail to match the burger and fries!
