Salad 'n Dash

Great salad! Big portion and very fresh ingredients!

I have ordered the roasted apple, Cranberry, goat cheese, cabbage with grilled chicken wrap. Omg so good. I also tried the he grilled chicken Ceasar wrap yesterday just to check it. Again amazing. THE BEST salads in Pensacola. So many creative yummy salads. Try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Definitely give this a try! I was excited to see this concept get started, and could hardly wait until they opened.

The salad portions are HUGE, I couldn't finish it in one sitting, but I'm definitely going to polish it off for dinner. I got the Southwest with steak, and it is delicious. Everything is fresh, and the dressing cup was actually big enough. Most places just give you a little tiny cup of dressing, but this was the perfect amount. I got the chipotle ranch, and I love it. Not too spicy, but has great flavor.

Ordering was super easy; I just walked up to the window and was greeted right away. The staff was wonderful, and they gave me a soup to try - it's so good. I'm not really a tomato soup person, but I ate the whole cup.

I'm so glad to have a grab-n-go style place with healthy food two blocks away from my office, and I highly recommend Salad 'n Dash.

I got the Asian salad with ahi tuna. It was delicious, I can’t wait to try them all. Salad n dash might be my new go to place 👍🏼
